“Fantastic store with exceptional customer service. I have had a private mailbox here for a while now and have all my packages delivered here (from all carriers). No worry of porch pirates or failed deliveries. I get a text when my packages are delivered and there is never a long wait to pick them up at the store. I tried something similar with a PO box at the Portland Post Office and it was a nightmare. Highly recommend this place.”

“Was going to do a poster presentation in the afternoon while procrastinating making it until the last minute (8am the same day, five hours before the presentation), so I had to find a local printing shop in Portland which could do same day service for large format printing, or actually, half day. I was more than fortunate in finding Cyber Copy on google map, which really helped me out in the desperate situation. Emailed the pdf file in at 9am, got response at 9:03, and was informed of available pickup at 10:00. Amazingly excellent experience, flashingly fast response, super friendly personnel, competitive price. BTW when I was picking up the poster I had a view of Cyber’s printing worshop. Guys they look professional.”
“I used Full Court Press for all of my wedding needs. When I contacted them via email they responded to me very quickly. I wanted a unique wedding invitation that matched my overall theme that I could help to create that I didn’t have to wait weeks for. They asked me what I was looking for and when I told them they delivered. My invitations were beautiful and the feedback I got on them made me feel so happy. The entire process was so easy and it was nice having help while also being able to put my own touch in. I also used Full Court Press for my printed seating chart and although simple, they still came out beautiful. “On a tight political timeline, our signs were ordered incorrectly (layout was vertical instead of horizontal discussed and requested) forcing us to lose five days of advertising. The company agreed to make it right and expedite the replacements; and did - on a second pass - honor the request I made for less signs. (Had they ordered correctly, it would have been for the lesser amount of signs.) I got a subtle off-putting vibe that I attribute to being female.”
“For my small engineering business I purchased a used copier from MDS for a great price. Delivery went smoothly and they even arranged for a discounted delivery fee. Had a few hiccups with some slight defects that showed up after the install but they had it up and running perfectly after a quick service visit. Fantastic service, great prices, and very good attention to detail. Couldn't recommend them more.”

When I missed the pickup window, Lisa went out of her way to make sure I got the print on Saturday instead. Her customer service was above and beyond anything I could have expected and the workmanship was top notch. If I have any future printing or framing needs, I would not hesitate to bring them to Grapheteria!”

“I usually never have a bad experience at this UPS store, but the manager, Joseph Loiselle was EXTREMELY rude, condescending and just unpleasant and that's putting it mildly. He wouldn't really help me or a woman in front of me that clearly needed assistance. Her and I both have not had any issues prior, but this guy wouldn't help at all. He wouldn't allow us to print a label even though we have been able to do it many times before. I honestly cannot understand how he became a manager.”

“I had two packages that the FedEx app showed had arrived at this facility, but it was really unclear whether or not they were ready for pickup. FedEx’s phone line was of absolutely no help, but the person working the desk here took my tracking numbers and went back to look for the packages himself. It took a few minutes, but he found them. I’m guessing he didn’t HAVE to do that, and that someone else would have just told me to go home and wait for a text, but… he went the extra mile and I really appreciate it. Thank you!”
“I love having a mailbox at this particular UPS store. The one in Windham is questionable and any post office is literal chaos. The guys (and girl) here are always pleasant, professional and helpful. I don’t understand why they have so many bad reviews, and I felt I should leave a good one, because this is a convenient place with a great team.If you pack your own boxes, the cost to ship big/heavy things is cheaper than USPS, and small packages are similar in cost to USPS priority mail. I like that I can email them documents from my phone and they print it off- it’s like $3 for 3 pages. I’ve faxed and scanned things here- they’re also a notary and have all kinds of other services. It’s like a gas station- you pay a small “convenience fee” for not having to go to the real store (ie the post office). Plus they’re really nice.”

I got one box in the store and said to the gentleman that I had 3 more out in the car. He said let me help you with those and grabbed a dolley and went out in the rain to my car and got the others.
