I had the most pleasant consultant tonight. Her name was Quay and she was so easy to deal with, very helpful, got right up and showed us all of our options for cases. This is definitely the best experience I have ever had at US Cellular!!!!

I know enough not to go to the Waterville store on Friday Saturday or Sunday. That's when it's most busy. If you don't mind waiting quite a while then go anytime you want. I highly recommend being there exactly when the store opens. Otherwise reps are friendly, nice & helpful.
