“Always has reasonably priced gas and if I could give it a star for every new and fun flavored Energy drink I've bought here, they'd have infinite stars. ?”

“Everyone is super friendly. They carry a lot of staple foods if you're in a pinch. Their pizza is great, although I've never ordered anything else from there it sure looks and smells good. Maybe a tad overpriced, but that's why it's a convenience store. It's nice it's right down the street so I don't have to drive all the way into town for basic things, and they carry a decent selection of beer. Store is clean and always has full shelves.”

“I remember this store in 1963. It was for sale and abandoned. They wanted 3 thousand for this store. Fred Hanley General Store was the other store in the village. My father bought the 83 acre farm on the Blodgett Road for 4 thousand. Those were the days. The old Mainers told a lot of stores at the Fred Hanley General Store. I am Peter Wlodylo and I used to live on the Blodgett Road Pittston Maine. I went to OC Woodman in Gardiner. Barney was the school bus driver. Max Moulton was the tax collector. Deer hunting license was about 2.50 and our yearly taxes were 125.00 a year for our 83 acre farm.”

“I go there to get food and beer mostly. Beers cold and the food is pretty good. I suggest their special deluxe? Or something like that. They'll know what you mean. It has Italian cold cuts. You can get it hot or cold.”

“This is NOT a 1 star review, so this pharmacy gets an unwarranted star because ZERO stars is not an option. Closing time is 7 PM and I when I enter the store I immediately notice the pharmacy cage is down 15 minutes before closing. I see the pharmacist upon walking up to the register and she half looks up from her work station. I wait patiently for several minutes until a tech greets me and despite my prescription in the process of being filled, I am told they close in 7 minutes. Long pause. I have to say, so then what you’re not saying is I’ll have to come back tomorrow. And the young girl says YES! with a big smile. I assure you, it takes less than 2 minutes to fill my prescription, but I’ll sadly have to return in the morning. I hope this store gets it act together because this is the worst experience a patient could experience. Everything in Maine is 45 minutes away. So I’ve wasted my time and money just to do it again. Save yourself the agony and find another pharmacy with employees who are willing to help the customer. 2 other Walgreens in the Midcoast are always willing to fill the script right up until closing, and both will even stay open a bit longer for their customers.”
