I was really pleased to see the amount of inventory!Great place to purchase souvenir items (Maine/Sebago Lake) for out of towners: t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, wooden kitchy signs.Met Eric the owner. Really pleasant. Very attentive, and was helpful with suggestions. Will definitely go back! Support local business!”

It's small but has so much in it, tarot cards, many other types of useful card sets like ones for relationships and community, books, prints, jewelry, honey, perfume, pins, and even grinders (there are these exceptionally tiny ones that are so cute). It's a very interesting and lovely place that has no end of cool and gorgeous stuff. If you're looking for a witchy/eclectic store you'd love this place.”

“I had wanted to write a really good review of this Hot Topic. I felt really bad because I accidentally threw away the receipt where the employee wrote their name. I really want to make sure she gets credit though because she was amazing.Super friendly and great at her job. I work retail so I totally get being tired but she was super approachable and made me feel like I could ask for anything if I needed help. I probably didn’t seem that friendly that day because I was super tired. Can’t remember the name but she had short black hair, and dark lipstick on. And glassesThere was also another employee there who I think has worked there for a while. Long brown curly hair and pretty tall. I didn’t get their name but they were also super friendly and helpful.Since I work retail I was even able to better learn how to do my job cuz these guys are just so dang good!Idk what they’re making but whatever it is they deserve a raise!”

“I actually LOVE this shop! I strolled past while walking to a bar the night before & knew I wanted to stop by the next day. The boutique exceeded my expectations! Designer brands from every day wear to athletic apparel take up the racks. The prices are beyond reasonable for the quality & items you are shopping through. For example - a Rebecca Minkoff purse was only $90. Most designer dresses were about $40, etc. Lululemon leggings running for $35! Great selection, but smaller, for men, as well! I cannot WAIT to shop here again next time i'm in Portland.”
“I found a very cute romper for my daughter's baby shower. It's a magenta pretty pink color. They also had a navy green color one. It's sleeveless & really pretty. I wore a white shawl over it.Anyone looking for something dressy but not too dressy this would be perfect. I went to 3 other places first. I should've just went here first. Next time I will because I usually always find what I need here. Plus there prices are reasonable. My romper was $40 dollars. Other places I went dresses & rompers were much more expensive & not as cute in my opinion.”

“i walked into the store at 6 and was told they had just closed at 6 upon entering (google says 7pm). i mentioned that i was just coming in for a pickup order and the associate was kind enough to let me pick my item up even though they had closed. i didn’t get their name but if you’re reading this, thank you! this store can be a hit or miss depending on what you’re looking for, but overall great store with great associates”
“Called yesterday in search of a specific style and size of pants for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. Allie (sorry if I misspelled it) assured me it would be no problem, grabbed the last pair in that size off the shelf and said she’d set them aside for me. Warmly greeted today when I arrived by a different associate, Grace, who got me rung up and on my way in no time. Super friendly customer service, both over the phone and in person.”

“I love this store. I don't know what it is about this store, but I feel like a little kid walking into a toy store when I come here. I'm not quite sure why. Maybe it's because the staff always greet and recognize you every time you walk in. Or maybe it's because there's always tons of items stocked inside waiting to be bought. The only thing I would say about going here is items can sometimes be VERY pricey. So just remember to bring some cash whenever you feel like coming here. Other then that, this store is a excellent place to shop and always a great place to be a part of!”
“I didn't even know this store had switched over to a "factory store". The prices were all 50 -60% off and there were a lot of really nice pieces. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in to see that they were still carrying nice things. They carry women's, men's and childrens clothes. (Not a big selection of children's clothes)”
“I unfortunately ordered the wrong size shirts for my partner at Christmas, and had been lagging on taking them back for exchange. Got to the store and the staff could not have been more gracious and helpful. I had bought the shirts online, so there was a lot more"processing" to be done than a straight exchange. I was also a few days past the exchange window and the manager was kind enough to let me do an even exchange anyway - THAT is great customer service (and why I love BR). They had one of the shirts in stock, and the other 2 they reordered for me. The funny thing is that because of all the details involved, I was taking up a lot of their time, which I know could have been spent with others- but they kept apologizing to me for how long it took!! I was the one that needed to apologize to them! Oh, I was also wearing the BR blanket scarf and 1 of the women helping me was so complimentary of it- meant a lot. The staff at the Maine Mall store are EXCEPTIONAL. I've worked in retail almost all my life, so it takes a lot to impress me - and they blew it out of the park. Just a great group, and a great experience. I wish I had all of their names- but the gang working Saturday January 22nd- THANK YOU!!”
