We ran into an issue importing my number and stayed on hold with me with my last carrier past closing time until it was figured out! I think many people would have been like sorry you are going to have to call yourself but he knew I ran a business from my number and knew it was crucial so he went above and beyond to make it happen that night! I also wanted to mention I somehow missed the window to do my survey and when I went to do it it said it was closed but it’s definitely a 10 out of 10 for me! If you are thinking of switching I’d definitely go see Devin at the Windham T mobile location!”

“I recently needed to replace an old cracked screen phone and went to this U.S. Cellular location. I was looking for a particular iPhone model and color and called ahead to verify it was in stock and the customer service in store picked right up and said they could hold it since it was the last one they had in stock no problem. Thomas, my wireless consultant, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the phone as I had more than a few since it was a big upgrade from the phone I had last (iPhone 6S to iPhone Mini 13!). He also was straightforward with offering, but not pressuring re: options to change my plan and other aspects of the paperwork. Last he helped place screen protector and transfer all I needed. So all in all a five star customer service experience. My only gripe is this location, being in the mall, it has taken much longer other times in the past to get help when they are busy with only two or so areas to help customers get setup and that has led to longer wait times- so I'd call ahead like I did if it's a busier time a day. I also think for how long I've been a customer for they could offer money off accessories or a new phone . Obviously service varies depending on where you live and travel, but US Cellular has been good to me so I'll stick with them.”
