“Visited this t-mobile when we were getting my little brother set up with a US sim for while he's in college. We were running a little tight on time but, there was a very nice agent there who got us in and out in maybe 15mins max? It was great service with a smile and we are so pleased.”
“I know enough not to go to the Waterville store on Friday Saturday or Sunday. That's when it's most busy. If you don't mind waiting quite a while then go anytime you want. I highly recommend being there exactly when the store opens. Otherwise reps are friendly, nice & helpful.”
