“A good place to find some clothes or home decor. Large selection of everything and anything. But it's like looking for a needle in a haystack. And the prices are probably not that low. I would describe this place as a large department store with a little bit of everything. And if you compare it with other branches, this one is probably the best in Winnipeg.”

Being an immigrant,i always get a sudden switch in face expression from the cashiers when it is my turn, even when i am doing large purchases.

“I bought perfume in this store. I really liked the service, they picked out exactly what I wanted! The store on the 2nd floor has a large selection of perfumes, cosmetics, clothes for both adults and children. I really like buying things there during seasonal discounts. I recommend visiting! ?”
“I purchased something too big to fit into my vehicle and the staff was so fantastic about accommodating, holding onto the item until the following day so we could come back with a larger vehicle to transport it.
Not to mention the item was on clearance, and the only one of its kind in Winnipeg!

“Interesting history on the main floor. Shows the timeline of the company to date. From the old canoe to the cannons it was a nice place to wait around in before the interview. The higher levels are a bit of a cubicle farm, but the fact it has an on site cafeteria makes up for it. Friendly staff.”

They have a large selection and all the items are relatively easy to find.The staff are fast and efficient and they ensure you get your PC Points if you collect them.The only thing I don't like is the dollar to use a shopping cart. I suppose this is to avoid having the carts being stolen, but I seldom carry change anymore.”

I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service I received from a young man named Singh.
I purchased a closet door knob set that came with screws that were too short for my doors.
After searching for screws that matched in diameter, but were longer than the ones that came in the package, for a half an hour, I had no luck.
I asked Singh, the young man. nearby in the paint department, if he could help me. He was extremely polite,accommodating and helpful.
With the many hundreds of screws to choose from, he patiently helped me hunt down the correct diameter quite efficiently.
He is an asset to your store and should be commended.”

Looking for a product staff took me to where it was today, January 30 2023. Good price on a Fram synthetic oil filter. Problem with their offer loaded offers made a purchase discount did not appear. Returned everything and repurchased everything again, offer worked this time. What a pain in the ass. I am sure some people think they got the offer but didn't. Check your receipt.”
“I guess Will shouldn’t have gone to the manager. I had a great similar experience where the website said products were in the store, but were not. A lovely employee, Crystal, helped me and went above and beyond. Since the product wasn’t where it was supposed to be, she said it had just come in and offered to go in the back and look for it. Later, she appeared with a box in her hand - exactly the product I was looking for! Like Will, I went to Grant Park because the Kenaston location said it did not have any. Possibly Kenaston had it in the back just like Crystal found. Can’t thank Crystal enough. You just don’t get an employee who provides customer service like that these days. I really appreciate her work ethic and thank her so much! She deserves a bonus!!”
