“Caliber Collision on Farrington Ave in Alexandria, VA did the repairs on my vehicle. My car looks like it never had any damage. When I picked it up, it shined like it was new. Donald was the body tech. He made my car look perfect! David was the painter. I can't tell what he painted...no paint lines or variances in the color. Marlon was my service advisor. He was friendly and professional. I was able to pick up my car on the day it was promised. This is a before and after shot. The before shot doesn't really show all of the damage. The after shot has Donald and Tre in it.”
“I came here to have my car repaired due to an accident. Everyone was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. Amanda was the first to greet me with a warm welcome, and Wanda kindly explained the miscommunication that had occurred when I made the appointment. Both were very willing to assist and even offered to contact Enterprise to have the rental car delivered to the shop. Although I ultimately had to call them myself due to issues beyond the team's control, their willingness to help did not go unnoticed.
Once everything was sorted, Eric came out to introduce himself. He listened carefully to my concerns and was very attentive and accommodating to my needs. I appreciate the texts that I received with the status of the vehicle.

“Mr. Choi just knows how to think in the shoes of the customer. He was honest and earnest about everything he said and did. “Overall, 5 star experience. For starters, I was skeptical. I always preferred the dealer for repair, but I decided to give them a shot. The techs are not only body shop knowledgeable, they are also mechanical inclined. Despite having a overall 5 star experience, there was a minor problem that was overlooked. I brought it to their attention and they took immediate action. Unfortunately, it was at the end of day. The following day, I mean at the crack of dawn, she called and said they are in possession of the part and it will be completed and ready for pick up in a hour or two. I arrived at the shop to retrieve the vehicle. As I was pulling in, I noticed my car as it was shinning like I first purchased it.. To my surprise, not only did they washed the outside of vehicle, they cleaned and vacuum the inside of the car.. Vehicle looks amazing. The total time for these repairs took onky a week. They was very fast and made me feel like they valued me as a great customer. Could be because I'm with Geico but either way they treated me good.. lastly, I was able to pick up and drop off the rental vehicle at this location. Essentially, it was a one stop shop. I have mango color charger and I love my experience here!”

i got sideswiped and immediately wanted to get it fixed. every other shops’ turnaround time was at least a week - 2 weeks was the longest. and my quotes started at $1800!??
i found VM on google in hopes of finding a place that would get this fixed with a decent time frame and at a reasonable price, and boy did i get lucky.
not only did Kimberly give me an UNBEATABLE estimate, she made sure i was booked to get my car fixed and finished within 3 days; thurs-saturday lunch. her and her team gave me my car back THAT FRIDAY!! a little over 24 hours later!!! they detailed the inside and the outside of my car without ask, and i was blown away. this will be the shop that i’ll be taking my car to when i need work to be done or a car clean. Kimberly and her team were beyond professional and took care of me better than any other shop i’ve been to before. i will be back!! thank you!!”

“I had front end damage to my 2022 Toyota. All of the staff from the front desk staff, to JP who went over all of my damages and how long it would take to Brian, who contacted me for pick up were great and had excellent customer service. I received regular text updates while they had my car. They have a partnership with the Enterprise National Harbor up the street and I was picked up to get my rental car and dropped back off at Caliber when my car was ready. My car looks amazing. They even did some slight detailing before I picked it up. I would definitely recommend their services.”

“Would highly recommend this shop! This is a shop owned and operated by a Christian family. They just completed repairs and painting on my 2021 Toyota Highlander XLE Hybrid. I had a scrapes and dents in my rear passenger door and rear panel. My highlander has a metallic color changing paint. Dents were repaired and paint touched up, with outstanding results. As good as it was in the dealership showroom when it was new. Need bodywork get several estimates, make sure one is Vision Auto Body. That is where I will go next time.”
