“Nearly nine years ago my family bought our first big screen tv from at the Waldorf location. I was holding my 10 month old son as we went about looking at the large selection of televisions they offer. Then the kindest of gentlemen asked if he could be of any assistance. Steve has been and is one of the most sincerest salespersons I have had the fortune meet. He made the experience one of ease, explaining which one would best suit our needs.Two weeks ago it appeared no time had passed. There was Steve with a friendly greeting and a promise to help. Although, my son is no longer a baby and I have gained some weight he had excellent recall of our first meeting. And as before, he provided unparalleled customer service and kept me within budget.If you want to simply pick a tv, head to a register, and be done with it all I suggest you think a bit longer on that choice. Because the better choice is to go the extra mile and meet with Steve at the Waldorf Big Screen TV Store. Simply because he will go the extra mile for you.”

“I was lured away from T-Mobile (my cellphone provider for six years) by a “can’t-miss” deal from AT&T. But what followed was a complete nightmare. I end up returning their phone and going back to T-Mobile. My good fortunate began with Jeff, an Account Expert (based near Richmond, VA, I believe). From the very first call, Jeff helped me decide on the right phone — no sales pressure, no upselling, just honest, informed guidance.
When I went to the store to pick up my phone, I met Rocky — one of the nicest guys I've ever met, and bilingual. I had lots of questions and he answered them all with patience and respect. Not once did he make me feel like a burden for being curious.
This review took me a little time to write because I wanted to get through the full experience: transferring my data, sending the old phone back, and making sure everything was working as it should. The only hiccup was how complicated it was to transfer some of my accounts, but that was from having to deal directly with the businesses themselves. Thankfully, I got 30 days to return the old phone under the promotion, and not two weeks as some reps had mistakenly suggest, which made me a bit anxious about getting the transfers done in time. But other than that, the process was virtually seamless. I am glad I stuck with T-Mobile.”

They always support whatever needs I am have whether it's information, cost savings, service options, and always place the needs of my family before the their own. That's hard to find in the service industry. They should be applauded for their commitment to great customer satisfaction.”

For the the last job it was capacitors and before that it was XLR plugs and now fiber optic parts are the item I find I need most often. “Walked in yesterday 15 minutes before close to get my new phone up and running. I was expecting for them to just show me how to set up an eSIM and then I’d do the transfer at home. Mike was amazing and did everything for me. He ended up staying past closing time to make sure everything transferred. He helped me put a tempered glass screen protector on and was just a true pleasure to work with. Customer service was 10 out of 10.”

Julian greeted us when we walked in. He was friendly and VERY knowledgeable. Johnny and Briana were friendly and knowledgeable as well. They all gave great recommendations on phones, plans, and Wi-Fi. They were very patient with my husband as he asked many questions. They answered all questions and took care of our original reason for visiting the store. We did not feel rushed during our visit.
I can honestly say this is the best experience I have had at a T-Mobile store in a long time.
These three make a great team. Because of them I recommend this location.

Today I was helped by Jr and Alvin. I came in at opening, had a broken phone and an already cranky two year old. These guys had great customer service and were so understanding with my little one.
I also witnessed another customer come in with a language barrier, Alvin was incredibly respectful and patient. He utilized a translation app to help the gentleman out. Jr made sure my new phone was completely good to go before I left, accessories installed, everything- perfection.
Come here. Spend your time and money at this location!! It was a good experience because they're good people.”
