“Good day, on 10/10/2022 I went to the T-Mobile store on Smallwood Drive Waldorf, Md. to open a business account. Initially, I was assisted by, Mr. Marcus who started the process. Shortly thereafter, I was assisted by, Ms. Geisha and she was very helpful. Mr. Marcus routinely checked with, Ms. Geisha to ensure the process was moving forward and was willing to assist as needed and I noticed, at one point, he called customer service to ensure there were no complications. Ms. Geisha handled the process which allowed, Mr. Marcus to assist other customers as they entered the store. I noticed the store was busy yet, they greeted every customer, and ensured everyone was assisted in a timely manner. At one point, they had to assist multiple customers to ensure we all received assistance in a timely manner.Mr. Marcus and Ms. Geisha are knowledgeable and professional and I would welcome the opportunity to return for future assistance, products, and services.”

“Stumbled across this place after receiving the worst service ever at the Leonardtown Rd location and Marlon was the absolute best! Being so very frustrated with the service we just encountered Marlon was very patient and was able to resolve all of our issues. He went above and beyond to help us out. Pretty sure it doesn't make a difference to Metro PCS but he definitely saved them a customer. I will be coming to this location for any future needs. Thanks Again Marlon!”

“Today I had the pleasure of being helped by DeCarlo when I came in to remove some things from my account. He treated me like a VIP guest at a diamond rated hotel and I was thoroughly impressed and honored by his knowledge, patience, and epic customer service! DeCarlo’s advisement was spot on, and the things he couldn’t do in store were executed via T-Mobile’s call-in customer service while DeCarlo stayed with me to ensure no hick-ups. Once finished, he gave me a discount on an in store product that he helped me pick out for protection for my Ultra without me asking. As I expressed my gratitude, I noticed that he was the Store Manager from his name tag, which I hadn’t noticed before. I felt appreciated and cherished as a T-Mobile customer and will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Kudos to DeCarlo and his team. I think this guy deserves to be a regional manager and I pray T-Mobile seriously invests in his upward mobility. Blessings!”

“I would like to say that our experience with Eternal Trendz Customs was GGGGRRREEEAAATTT!!! We took our Corvette there and Will was able to create a wonderful package for us.Will was able to tell us things about the car we thought we knew and made some good affordable recommendations for us. “This is a great, local 7-Eleven! I feel comfortable running in here and I'm always welcomed with a smile by various clerks working there. The store is always neat and tidy with no mess to be found. “This is a first class operation bought a TV one day at a lower price than Costco and Amazon following day was delivered and hung the insulation crew was first class. They were quick totally professional the job is seamless no wires are exposed totally clean. I am corporate office conference rooms every day. This job matched what our corporate offices and government offices look like even better. I highly recommend Steve in sales as he delivers as promised and Robert the mounting technician who was amazing. Folks I don't know about you, but you cannot take quality good service for granite these days and this company highly delivers.”
