“As everyone knows, your customer experience varies by store location. In the case of CVS, this is a critical factor. On this front I have been visiting the CVS inside the Target store in Annapolis and surprised by the overall quality of the team, which far exceeds the other CVS's in the Annapolis area. The management is doing something right in this location with our service consistent across all our visits in the past few years. There appear to be no issues of employee morale, which are running at a near epidemic levels in almost all their other stores. The company focus on cost reduction is decreasing the staff in each location, which this store seems to have moved beyond.”
“It is so convenient to get gas, cigarettes and alcohol at the same time. Had is always cheaper, but I have found that it lasts easy better than Shell, which is what I always use.”
“Took my car to mechanic bringing the parts that needed replaced. He changed air intake filters, which is a pain on my car, and replaced my front spoiler/deflector. Very nice work at a reasonable price. He also fixed a couple of little things and cleaned up undercarriage while car was in lift anyway. Recommended & thanks much!”
“This place is insane. I come from New York and there are 7-Elevens everywhere but usually are like the normal average looking store. This place is clean, staff is friendly, place is faced and stocked well and pretty much has almost all the up to date stuff 7-Eleven has to offer. The walls do need a little modernization, a little outdated, but overall this place has it all.”

“I had a almost flat tire issue on 10/12/23. I went in to ask for help but they said they were closed. I mentioned that my tire was actually going down in air. A female worker said..she needs help. 2 male employees checked my tire and tried to help me. They found the pin was damaged and that was why I was getting no air! I want to thank them for going above to help me although they had just closed. Kudos to you're staff last night. Thank you!Lorri”
“The people that work there are very respectful and kind. They have almost everything there. And I’m shocked by there prices. I came in expecting normal prices, but no. They’re prices are very low. Their gas,candy, and especially cigarettes are very cheap. I’m a life long customer and would never go to a different gas station”

“I stop there every morning for my coffee and donuts and a cup or two here and there throughout the day. Their coffee is always fresh. I cannot believe the amount of negative reviews on this place. If you don't like the looks of their food, you can always ask them to fix it fresh and they will. But some people think it's better to bash one instead of politely asking for fresh food. Another comment was made about pizza coming from the sewer, I would rather eat pizza from there any day compared to Domino's or Papa John's.”

“Listen, the folks here have never once steered me wrong. They've always done right by me, got me rung up and out the door quick, had the place clean, plenty stocked. And tonight they really came through. Power is out in the Liberty Housing development nearby, but I've got week old kittens I'm bottle feeding, and if they don't have a heating source, they could die overnight.Kind man working the graveyard shift heard me out, and after being assured it was clean and meant to be used in a microwave, he let me heat up the kitten's Snuggle Safe heating disc, which will last them through the night till the power is back in the morning. I don't know what I would have done otherwise, so this one's for you, 711 guy!Here's the four little guys you kept warm on a cool summer night”

“I love love love great customer service! When was the last time you didn't pump your own gas, let alone were met with a smile and a hello at a service station? Well, at West Street Exxon these guys know how to take care of the customer! Yes, its self service, so be prepared to pump your own. However, the attendant on Tuesday came over and said "why don't you let me do that for you today?" Uh, ooooo kaaay, is all that I could muster because I just haven't experienced that in literally years! Not only did he pump the gas, he brought my receipt to my window and then proceeded to ASK, did you hear me ASK, if I minded him checking my tire inflation because he thought it looked a bit low. I just melted and so did my co-workers. How nice to have folks from not only out of town, but from out of the country really see what our area is like from a community perspective, eh? Please pass along my kindest regards to the gentlemen working there if anyone lives/works near this services station...go, experience, and be a patron of this local business.”

“This location is great - but has a one-star deduction because it is a little hard to get to from Rt. 50 Southbound. Once the access road changed off of Rt 50 it is a bit of a maze to navigate. There is a public restroom M & W at this location which is nice and the staff is more friendly here than at most. Nice choice for quick snack along the highway.”

“My absolute favorite place on the planet. Not the cleanest, not the cheapest, but it opens early (for breakfast beer) and stays open later than everyone else in the area. Yeah, the pumps are sketchy - I always prepay inside and there's usually a woman hanging around asking for $4 for cab fare. But, it's got a great selection and I'm there almost every day.”
“I’ve stopped by the Wawa gas station quite a bit as it is conveniently located off Route 50 heading eastbound toward the Bay Bridge. They have a good number of pumps, so there’s usually room to fill up without much of a wait. The convenience store has a great selection of snacks, drinks, and made-to-order items, perfect for a quick grab. There's even an air pump on-site if you need to top off your tires, plus Tesla chargers for electric vehicles. Gas prices here are competitive, which is always a plus. The bathrooms are decent—nothing fancy, but acceptable. Staff is friendly, and service is quick, so you’re on your way in no time. Overall, a reliable pit stop!”

“Came in with a flat tire and it turned out that there was a very slow leak plus a broken tire sensor. The gentleman explained all the options very thoroughly, what was wrong, was very clear about the price, and gave updates throughout the 2 hour process in which they did a great job.
Very pleased with the service!”
