“I think this is a duplicate review… but the Google machine suggested I review this location: this is gotta be one of the best locations in the country. It is easily accessible, it has plenty of parking, it is very spacious inside, very clean, and everything that I want is always in stock. The employees are always very helpful and readily available.

“Stopped in to check it out. A great spot for the hispanic community and beyond! There was a need and this store filled it! No greeting upon entering or from any team member during my visit - a pet peeve of mine… But they have all things hispanic plus regular grocery items, produce and toiletries. Very few prices on things, didn’t like that. Small meat counter and fresh made authentic food. Smelled delicious! They even have some type of money service, maybe check cashing? I didn’t buy anything but glad I know it’s here!”
“This is our local grocery store. It is expensive, but you find things here you can't anywhere else like ginger preserves, really good baked goods, and great tomatoes. The bakery, produce, and seafood staff are very friendly and helpful. The deli area not so much, and the cashiers have become somewhat grumpy...They used to be very nice, these days, everyone seems unhappy, which is a shame. Their fried chicken is excellent, as is their meat department. I would like more variety in the charcuterie and cheese products...but a great place to have nearby. We are lucky.”

“I appreciate the Annapolis Commissary. The price is unbeatable here, the staff is always kind, and the store is kept clean. The only issue is that sometimes lines at the self checkout can be long because often you can't go to a register with a person, and sometimes the produce or poultry isn't fully stocked, but I've never not been able to find what I need.”

Saw my wallet held it in the office and when I called they said it was there for me to pick up. My wallet still had all the money in it as well as all my credentials.. “Got tired of Giant's self-service computers yelling at me so I've made the switch. It was a joy to scan my items without being subjected to constant computer errors and cranky cashiers. I save as much with the Safeway card as i did with the Giant card. Store is clean and food quality is good. Parking lot is small and a bit messy but i always get a space.”

“THE GOOD-prefer this store over many alternatives for efficient shopping and fair pricing for staples and basics. The staff has always been very helpful and have pleasant attitudes and friendly customer interactions. It would be nice if there were smaller push carts to shop with. Here there are only the gigantic ones offered. THE BAD - The food selection could use some tweaks. Vegetable and fruit selections are limited and uninspired. There is too much floor space and the fixtures don't enhance the merchandise. Many brands offer low salt, reduced fat, options but this store is not on top of it. Recently the direction seems to have changed and not for the good. Half of an aisle of frozen food was turned over to assorted pizza. There is no need for 15 feet of pizza options. There is never anyone who is in the deli capable or willing to custom slice meats or cheese so one must purchase from their limited selection of pre-sliced meats and cheese. God forbid if you want a half or quarter pound of something only packed in 1 lb portions. BOTTOM LINE- what's going on here ? Is it management or corporate that's the issue?”
“Giant pharmacy is a good pharmacy. Everyone is helpful. All places get busy sometimes. Call ahead and make sure your medicine is ready and you won't have any problems.”
