“I usually don’t leave reviews, but the woman working pickup orders on 1/23 deserves a shout-out. With the big snowstorm coming, it was expected that some items wouldn’t be in stock. She did a great job with substitutions and even messaged me to give me a heads-up. My order was ready before my pickup time, and I didn’t wait long at all before she brought it out — even though the store was clearly very busy. She was also very friendly when dropping off the groceries. She deserves extra praise for her hard work and positive attitude during such a hectic time for grocery stores.”

“Definitely a new favorite from our first visit on! We eat charcuterie for dinner a couple nights a week, so this place is like a prayer answered. The salad bar, olive bar and Asian bar make it super easy for us as an empty nest family. I was pleased with the cleanliness, freshness, and the service of a polite and informed staff. We were shocked to find Conecuh sausage from back home...the critical ingredient for real jambalaya!”

“Has everything you need for a grocery store. the parking lot is a challenge, but it is a shared space with other stores. once you get inside everything is available, they seem to have decent selections of everything.”

“Giant is the best store ever. Clean, high quality, great staff , pharmacy, Starbucks inside, fresh food and fruit and nicely-shelved items with great things and savings for the members. Also, Giants gives free food and fruit away for kids who walk inside the store. Giant also gives a lot to Food bank for people in need. Giant is also a great place to work. Highly recommended. “Customer service at the deli and cash register was just ok. They are a bit pricey. Customer service at the pharmacy was incredible. Sue and her assistant tonight went the extra mile for me when filling my wife's prescription and making sure my insurance card went through etc...”

“I called the pharmacy after having some issues with my insurance the day before, which led to my prescription being denied. It turned out to be a case of miscommunication—not a big deal, but still inconvenient. When I called, the nurse named Stephanie answered and was extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly and told me the prescription was only $10. She even offered to let me pay for it instead of going through the whole VA process again. When I went to pick it up, I was surprised to see it had already been paid for, with a sticky note on the bag that said, “Thank you for your service.” That kind gesture really meant a lot. Huge thanks to Stephanie for her kindness and professionalism.”
