“Out of all the Safeways in the area, this one is definitely my favorite. The store is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff seem friendly and helpful.However, I have noticed that it is not always as well stocked as it could be. During busy times like weekends or holidays, certain items are often out of stock, or the shelves are not as full as they could be. This can be a bit frustrating when I'm in a rush and need to grab something quickly.Despite this, I still prefer this Safeway over the others in the area.”

“Giant is the best store ever. Clean, high quality, great staff , pharmacy, Starbucks inside, fresh food and fruit and nicely-shelved items with great things and savings for the members. Also, Giants gives free food and fruit away for kids who walk inside the store. Giant also gives a lot to Food bank for people in need. Giant is also a great place to work. Highly recommended. “Too often the negative is brought to light here's something different. I dont ever post reviews but feel that credit was needed to be given. I stopped in for a few things and couldn't for the life of me find my steakumms. I noticed a gentleman coming out of the back with a determined stride as he was on a mission. I asked "do you know where the sandwich steaks are?" Expecting an answer of a isle number. This young man I believe his name was frank stopped dead in his tracks and walked me to the item. I would have been happy with that but please read on. As I'm making my way out of the store I stop at customer service and there he was again. I just needed cigarettes I know bad habbit but still. I said I just need cigarettes ill ring this other stuff up at self checkout. The young man took the time to stop and ring out all my stuff. I'm certain he was doing 20 other things and I was so impressed that some folks take customer service seriously. Great Job frank I hope that's his name. Allot of people could learn allot from frank and I hope this reaches the appropriate supervisor because I beleive he deserves many accolades.”

“Customer service at the deli and cash register was just ok. They are a bit pricey. Customer service at the pharmacy was incredible. Sue and her assistant tonight went the extra mile for me when filling my wife's prescription and making sure my insurance card went through etc...”

“Very friendly staff! Great grocery store. They have recently renovated this location and added a lot of organic brands. They have improved the items they carry overall. I prefer this store over Harris teeter. The pharmacy staff is awesome as well.”
