“9-19-2024 - They weren’t screening a movie this afternoon, there were literally over 10 customers waiting to be helped this afternoon. The crazy part is that several of them were simply waiting to drop off/ return equipment. Xfinity really is working hard to take customer service to an all time low. I get the impression that I could go to the airport, buy a ticket, fly to Indonesia, where the last customer service representative I talked to was located, return this router, and fly home before I get served here.
9-24-2024 Follow-Up. - So I came back today to try to drop off the same piece of equipment that I gave up on dropping off after waiting for 20 minutes last week. The experience could not have been more different. Brianna was behind the desk as you walk in and was dedicated to just checking people in AND handling equipment returns. She did an amazing job and even recommended/provided an upgraded router from the one that xfinity had sent me originally, which would not have given me the performance I’m paying for. Brianna is by far the best customer service representative I’ve dealt with in recent memory and is an asset to this location. Four stars instead of Five simply because customer service shouldn’t be this inconsistent.”

He was incredibly informative, talked through all the different plans and pricing with me, and even lowered my plan by taking off things I didn’t use. Will definitely come back & recommend this store because of his incredible customer service.”
“The people in this place are super friendly, they make you feel like you are in your living room. I was able to see and hear while waiting for my daughter to change her cell phone to the young man (Dejon) who was so friendly to her, helping her with everything she needed. But I could also see that the other people were very kind to the people they served. I loved coming here. I will return with pleasure.”
