It was nice talking to someone real on the phone.The two technicians, Matthew and Brandon, who came to help were amazing and extra friendly. “Shout out to the Pennsylvania Avenue Boost Mobile team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A few weeks ago I came in about 20 minutes before closing.I usually try not to show up to places that late . Moe didn’t care about the time. I was greeted with a smile and quickly taken care of. She explained the details of the screen protector I purchased and even assisted with putting it on. That was helpful because i didn’t know how to get the cracked protector off safely in the first place.It’s a 50/50 finding good customer service near closing at times. The other young lady at the counter was also servicing someone with a smile and a wonder attitude.I most definitely felt like a valued customer.Highly recommend and I will be back.”
