“Great prices, the tires I wanted were on sale so it was an even better deal. I paid about $350 for a new set with the installation included. Other places wanted $400-$600 minimum. I made an appointment and pre ordered my tires so when I got there, I just had to sign some papers. They told me it would take an hour because of the four tires but I was called after 20 minutes. The staff was super friendly and understanding, I went home glad to have gotten my tires here. Just to emphasize, the staff that was there on 03/05/25 at 5pm were terrific and helpful.”

“I can’t recommend Mora Tires enough. I needed new tires badly and kept putting it off because the process became overwhelming.
I called Mora Tires on a whim and they made everything so easy. From the first call to him going out of his way to wash his hands before handing me my key when they were finished, the customer service was wonderful. I called at 11 a.m. and had new tires on my car by 2:30; zero hassle.
I left thinking about how refreshing it was to have such a great experience getting my car serviced. Also, the price was great (win-win).
The location’s perfect, too. There are so many great food options down Eastern Ave., or you can grab a coffee or post up to work at OvenBird a few blocks away.

“Had an excellent experience with Maven Motors! I had accidentally reversed over a plastic bollard and ended up taking the entire front bumper off my car.. I dropped in to MM un-announced on a Sunday (which is meant to be by appointment only) and they were in there working on some other projects! The team were super nice to us and said they could fix the bumper immediately. The price he charged me was extremely good value, only $120 for the entire bumper. I had enquired about pricing at some other spots for the same work and was quoted more than double! I Would really recommend recommend MM if you are looking for friendly, efficient and great value service!”

“I had my car at a shop down the street where they told me I needed to replace both of my rear wheel bearings and quoteed me over $2000 for the job on my Ford Escape. I called Independent just to get a quote, and not only did they quote me around $500 less at the high end, but once I brought the car in they found I only needed ONE bearing replaced. They let me know a few other things to take care of with up front pricing, and with no pressure whatsoever.
Calling Independent ensured I kept $1000+ in my pocket. Cheers to their honest business policies.”
“I had an excellent experience with Auto Sense Auto Services in Millersville, MD. On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, I called about a tire repair after rolling over a nail and spoke with Hailey. She immediately advised me to drop off my car and assured me they’d work on it as soon as possible.
Since it was too cold to walk home, Hailey offered their transport service for customers within a 10‑mile radius — which worked out perfectly. I dropped my car off around 10:15 a.m., completed a little paperwork, and their driver courteously drove me home. By 3:15 p.m., Hailey called to let me know my car was ready and arranged for the driver to pick me up.
The driver was professional and polite, the prices were very reasonable, and the entire staff treated me like family. My car ran perfectly after the repair, and the tire was fixed without issue. To my surprise, Hailey even included a coffee mug, a Yankee Candle air freshener, and placed my keys on their personalized keychain — such a thoughtful touch!
If you ever need auto service in the Millersville or Glen Burnie area, I highly recommend Auto Sense Auto Services.”

“I have been going to Lockett’s for a couple of years doing some major maintenance (100k tune up) and other standard car maintenance and brakes. Always honest and they stand by their work. Recently had a water pump replaced as it was going bad. After bringing the car home, there was a coolant leak near the repair. An o-ring caused it and Lockett fixed it immediately. Things like this happen and it’s the overall integrity that’s important.

“Long time customer of Foreign Auto Experts. They are a rare find for mechanics- extremely honest (will tell you what work you DON'T need done), use quality parts (many shops use crap parts) and do great work. Also recently, Dustin saved me well over a $1000! I called to make an appointment to get my headlights repaired on my 2020 Kia Telluride because the high beams weren't working. He researched it on his own after my call and told me to bring it to the dealer because it had an unpublicized extended warranty that Kia issued a couple of years ago. Got it fixed at the dealer for free. Most repair shops would have missed this or knowingly charged for the work.”
“Great service! I was able to make a same day appointment. After looking at several places that offer transmission services, Midas was the only place I found that offered transmission fluid flush instead of just fluid change.
Apr 2025 update: just realized when I got my tires rotated at my most recent visit they didn't reset the TPMS sensors so my tires don't match the pressure displayed on my dashboard. Left and right front are actually the rear :(”

“I highly recommend this NTB to get your car serviced. I have taken a few of my vehicles here, and I am always pleased with the work. What I am most pleased with is the honest assessment of my SUVs. It can be challenging to find car repair shops that are honest about what your vehicle actually needs. On two occasions, the issue with my truck was not something that they could repair, and they provided recommendations that I used to get my vehicle fixed. They did not charge me. They only charged me for what they could actually do. I like the way they communicate and how pleasantly and relevantly they do so. This NTB is a shop that I highly recommend for good work, honest assessment of the vehicle, and good communication.”
“I purchased a car from this auto place 3 years ago. Great place to purchase a starter car. I had terrible credit when I went there, but Tim and Denny worked with me in getting the car I wanted. This car had a lot of miles on it but it’s still drive me we’re I need to go.They helped me with getting my car insured.I remembered it like it was yesterday I had a week before my bday. My daughter paid my down payment and my oldest granddaughter paid for my insurance, the best bday present ever. My car is paid up as of 11/20/25.I can not leave Miss Stacey out, she collects the payment I was always on time but the last few months she really really looked out for me. Great job y’all . Y’all helped me out with affordable payments, maybe one day I can get another automobile with less money down. The only flaw I will say is the underwriters charged to much for my little car and my TPMS light was on and I had to change my lock but I had a 2009 Honda Civic Coupe and the paint started peeling but when I say I loveeee my car I do., now that my car is paid off a little coat of paint and I’m good.Thumbs up to y’all.Also they washed my car before pulling off and they washed my daughter car, and she didn’t buy her car there., Great customer service .Tell them I sent you if you decide to get a car. “So! I was recommended by a friend to go here and want to recommend to everyone that my experience was as advertised! They don't take appointments, so arrive just before or at 8am when they open for the opportunity of same day service. If not, the later you arrive the better chance it won't be ready until the next business day.
I was quoted at Goodyear for an exhaust leak $1400, as they said the whole thing needed to be replaced. Well, my friend heard that and laughed and pointed me here. They gave me a quick estimate after looking under the vehicle and it was $220! I was blown away. I left the vehicle and three hours later I'm being called to be advised it's ready. When I arrived, no change in price, honesty and great work. They welded my faulty section of the muffler and I was back ob the road with a car that went from sounding like an 18 wheel dump truck to an electric vehicle, which it is not.
My only regret was delaying the repair thinking it would be at least 50% of what the previous shop quoted. These guys handle their biz, to which they'll have mine for the foreseeable future.”
