“Very local, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and always plenty of staff on-hand to help when I visit! Dana greets me by name whenever I’m there, which is almost unheard-of in even small local shops, and it’s such a winning personal touch.”

“This is what a LBS is supposed to feel like. Kind, honest, knowledgeable staff who generally seem to care about all types of riders. No elitism, no judgment felt at all (sometimes that can be a bike shop stereotype). These are just good people that do great work at extremely good prices. Very happy to be a client for the long haul.”

“I walked and got my bike chain replaced in 5 minutes at a fair price. They got a friendly and quiet dog. I'm 100% coming back here if I get any future issues.”

“The other day, I was riding at waterworks Park just around the block, and we'll, needless to say, I went down. I was fine, but my bike was not in any way okay. Damages included a snapped brake lever, exploded tire, bent handlebars, dented rim, and my rear brake rotor was tacoed. I desperately need it fixed because of a race I have coming up, so I run it over to bike doctor, and tell them that I have a race and need it fixed. They ordered the needed parts and within 3 days, I was back out and riding happily. Thank you bike doctor, you saved my race and I will be coming back for anything else I need.”

“You gotta review the reviewers, right? I read a bunch of the negative reviews, and they seemed to have one thing in common. Mike informed them that they'd made a poor choice. Arguably, Mike would be wiser just selling and not expressing his concern, but it's obvious that he's in this business because he loves it and cares about it. I don't really know Mike, and I don't have some vested interest here, but I've been the guy, working in the shop, who knows his stuff and cares about it (motorcycles, back in the 90's). You want the guy who flatters to get your dollar? Go to a different shop. You want the guy who knows his stuff and will give you the best product and service he knows how to give you? You should come to this shop.”
