“The cutest, most quaint, idyllic, charming bookstore you could ever hope for. A variety of gifts the most authentic books.. a treat and treasures amongst the store. An absolute gem.”
“Always a lovely experience reading, shopping, and enjoying coffee here. If I am looking for something specific, they generally don’t have it but order it for me an let me know quickly when it’s arrived. I enjoy the mix of new and used books, and the charming kids section.”
“Wide variety of products available in-store. Customer service is excellent. I also love the community feel at this location; there have been social/activity gatherings in the Cafe a few times when I've gone.”
“What a great store and community space!! This book shoppe has many, many books in every genre you desire! Loved coming here--so nicely organized and welcoming. I just wanted to stay all day. Great children's section too! When you enter you come into what is like a wide entry hall. There you already see some of the wonderful books available on display and a place to get assistance and also check out when you're ready. But wait -- don't hurry! Still lots to see. Go to the left and many more wonderful books neatly organized and a delightful children's area. Go right and you are in a large open space with chairs to sit and relax, read, enjoy... There are also book lover's gifts available. The walls are decorated with wonderful paintings. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Bibliophiles rejoice! This is your place to go!”
“Really nice bookstore for believers of Jesus Christ. Has a lot of books, trinkets, jewelry, keychains, Bibles, and so much more to help those on their believer journey or show love to a fellow follower of God. Staff is always nice and helpful if you have a question about an item in stock. Always leave with something I can use to better my spiritual growth. Highly recommended for all believers.”
“This is a really cool place to go in the heart of the main part of Annapolis. They have vintage books that the proprietor of the shop will explain to you. You can browse for hours here. This shop is close to City Dock and many good eating establishments and shopping shops.”
“Independent book store. Lots of unusual things so you can always find something different. Everything that is used is in good condition, but they also have lots of new things. In the old Marley Station Mall.”
“I've been coming to the Book Nook for years and was so excited to see how much they've grown after being out of state for 4 years. Hands down the best place for kid's books, but even with all other genres they have a large selection and all fairly priced. They even have a foreign language section that has all kinds of languages in it and range from kid's books to actual textbooks I've used in formal language classes. And you can't say enough about the staff. They're all so sweet and welcoming. I tell everyone I know about the Book Nook!”
“The new Barnes & Noble already feels like a cozy hangout spot for book lovers.
It is a great place to browse new releases and stumble on unexpected finds.
The space is welcoming and deaf-friendly, which makes communication easy and stress-free.
Staff are kind, patient, and happy to help you track down what you need.
It is a spot that makes you want to come back, relax, and get lost in books.”
“Sporadic sales at this charity book warehouse provide the chance to get lots of books for cheap. Fill-a-bag strongly recommended. Parking can be tricky. Drop site for donations is an easily accessed shed by the door.”
“Love this college, where I taught one summer in their graduate program. This lovely, highly concentrated bookstore, epitomizes the "great books" approach to education of the whole school. An inspiring, stimulating spot of ground for anyone interested in the great tradition of our civilization.”
“This was my first time visiting the campus bookstore, and I was pleased. The staff was very friendly. I picked up my online order and bought a really nice metal Riverhawks tumbler.”
