I had taken it to the dealer and they couldn't diagnose the problem, John had it diagnosed in 15 minutes and fixed in 3 hours. The dealership wanted to charge me $450 just for a diagnosis and the problem was because they had been negligent during routine service. I will bring my car back here.”

“In my life, I have found just 2 mechanics that are great, and these guys are 1 of them. They have saved me multiple times, I went in thinking it was something serious, and expecting to pay a nice amount. However, these guys found the problems, and it wasn’t as bad as I thought. This is extremely rare, most shops would just lie and charge me for what I thought the issue was, but not these guys. Not once have they tried to sell me an unnecessary service/repair like every other shop does. Very HONEST and hardworking guys at this shop. I recommend these guys to everyone I know. So if you are looking for a shop that is honest, and will get the job done, without the hassle, they are definitely the place I would recommend you to try. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else to get serviced.”

“100% of the time I have been happy with this place. Service is outstanding, lots of drink specials. Food specials on the weekends. Picturesque views all around looking into the creek and bay. Craft beer sold here as well. I never felt like where is my drink where is my food. Located on the 2nd and 3rd level of the parking garge at Rod n Reel. Make a night of it and stay at the resort. Dont miss out. I rarely give 5 stars!”

“I had to get 4 tires, oil change, and windshield wipers. Johnny the mechanic was amazing. He took the time to answer my questions. He did not make me feel like I couldn't understand. I also noticed that while he was very busy, when people came in to ask questions he stopped and took the time to answer their questions. The prices were fair and I didn't feel at all that he was nickel and diming me.The inside was clean. I hate using gas station bathrooms, but it was very clean.The inside attendant was also very polite and professional.I will definately be taking my Lexus back for future automotive needs.”

“I used Marc Bowen originally to get my state inspection done. I shopped around the repairs but they were the most cost effective and I appreciated their thoroughness and honesty. I have taken other car there as well for what could have been more because I didn't know the exact issue, but they were very communicative, honest and quick. “while one of the other reviews was a 5, they certainly did not change a CV joint here. but while traveling up from VA to see family I stopped in to fill up. The diesel was lower priced, but the real treat was going inside Clean restroom, and the breakfast burrito was quite good, and Coffee was great. I started looking around after paying , and the clerk immediately said , what can I find for you. (just napkins!) . I really was surprised at how pleasant the staff was, a bonus on a well stocked clean store. it will be my go to place when I come up.”

It is the typically gas station convenience store that offers the usual items. It always appears clean and the staff is quick with the check out process. Never had an issue.”
