And Crichton was so efficient that he helped me micromanage my exact detailed plan. And so while we were in the flow, every single moment, I was instructed on how to physically handwrite the address, I got manila envelopes, I then also wrote each individually, and then as we step-by-step did it like an assembly line, we were able to effortlessly flow one document to the next and then a final payment.

Literally no microsecond of any sort of efficiency was lost, because I was constantly doing a step. It just wasn’t done in bulk. It was more of a flawless, simultaneous effort—bouncing freely between every sort of step. While he was filling out something, I was doing something, and while I was doing something, he was doing something. Because instead of doing it all at once for me and all at once for him, it would have taken a significant amount more time. We did it as an efficient assembly line.

While at the same time, he was able to efficiently empty the mail room and help one other customer and then also help a woman within literally a time span of not even a quarter of a nickel. Literally within probably 6.9 minutes to 7, it was so fast. Very few have this capability.

I don’t understand why 1290 Baydale Drive, Arnold, Maryland doesn’t compensate accelerated methods of efficiency finders, for there are really truly only a few who have mastered the art”

Even as Abby was helping a gentleman, she apologized for the wait, not that she needed to. I was the only other person in line and had only been there a minute or two. The other employee was helping a lady who seemed a little confused about her sending options, and Abby was able to give her input to help while still working with her own customer. When it was my turn at the register, she again apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. Which, again, it was not a long wait at all. My drop off was a very quick and smooth interaction. Abby was polite and respectful, and it is employees like her that keep me always going back to this UPS location whenever it is an option.”
