“I had my car at a shop down the street where they told me I needed to replace both of my rear wheel bearings and quoteed me over $2000 for the job on my Ford Escape. I called Independent just to get a quote, and not only did they quote me around $500 less at the high end, but once I brought the car in they found I only needed ONE bearing replaced. They let me know a few other things to take care of with up front pricing, and with no pressure whatsoever.

“This Jiffy Lube location is great. This is not my normal location but I was in the area and needed my tire looked at because the air pressure was extremely low. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They were quickly able to locate the issue and fixed it immediately. The cap on my tire was missing and they gave me a new one. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location.”

“On a Friday afternoon around 4:45pm and after attempting to fix a nail on a tire at 4 different locations including another Ford dealer in Hanover, the staff at Quick Lane was willing to help without complaining, without telling me the tech was leaving in a few minutes they jumped into action and fixed the tire. “I had a great experience with Baxter Tire and Automotive in Pasadena. The onset of cold weather caused my 2017 Jeep Wrangler to overheat a couple miles south of their location on Mountain Road. At the recommendation of a local I caught a ride to Baxter and they took care of everything from arranging the tow to diagnostics and repair. They replaced a leaking water pump, and a stuck thermostat, reset the radiator which was not properly fastened, and did a flush of the cooling system. I picked it up the next day and everything was right as rain. Communication was beyond excellent and they gave me a detailed breakdown of costs for each of the items. The mechanic got on the phone himself to discuss some of the details, as the Jeep is far from stock (modified for offroad use). I
I’ve had mechanics try to upsell this issue before, saying it would cost more to work on the vehicle or they could not warranty the work because it was modified. I got none of that kind of guff from Baxter. I would definitely recommend them for any automotive services.”

“Likely the best quick oil change location within 50 miles. The team works really well together and communicate really nicely with the customer.
$109 for full synthetic oil is not cheap, but I’m not going to recommend doing it yourself unless you love the process- I do not.
I highly recommend using this location of Jiffy Lube.”
