“I LOVE this store/gas station! It's always clean, staff is pleasant ,amazing VARIETY of food/snacks that is always fresh when I've tried it, and the gas is always the cheapest! Seriously, it's the BEST in the area. In this day and age, quality sucks but this place doesn't! Keep up the great work”

I usually fix my own car but if there’s something I can’t do he is the only, and I do mean the ONLY mechanic I take my car to, which coming from a DIYer is high praise. Honest, friendly, smart, handsome (taken haha) man with reasonable prices and other connections in the area if you need tires or an alignment.”

BY FAR the ABSOLUTE best automotive shop in the whole Maryland
Recently I had been having a few problems with my BMW F90 M5, where I had a lug nut that was stuck in the wheel hub and also a leaking front passenger axle boot
I had taken my car to not one, not two, not even three but FIVE different auto shop in Maryland and even Virginia and not one was able to remove the bolt. They tried everything, sockets, breaker bars, impactguns and even drills, multiple shops just kept failing me, and all just kept leaving me in a worse and worse predicament as the lug nut just gets in a worse and worse phase and some even reputable shops btw and all to no prevail. And then with my front passenger axle boot leak all those same shops quoting several hundreds of dollars just for that one thing
THANKFULLY all my troubles were all attended to and SUCCESSFULLY achieved all in one swoop thanks to Mike at this establishment
Within two hours the lug nut on my car that was put in an almost impossible condition by other shops was removed, my tire was installed back, the axle boot was refilled, fixed and I was back on the road and all for a gracious price
Not only was Mr.Mike kind and professional but he was immensely educated, throughly experienced in his work and showed a genuine compassion for his craft in automotive and outcome for all customers
I hope the Shell Gas team of this location realizes how much of an absolute asset Mr. Mike and the crew is to their establishment, certainly valuable individuals to say the least.”
“Pro: big parking lot, clean environment, self serve lottery machine, lot of self check out machine, Con: always long line at customer service This store had a refresh on the inside a few years ago and still look new upon entering. Parking lot is big with plenty of space. The giant is next to smaller store such as subway and more. There is a lottery machine that is self use. The customer service area is always has long line due to only 1 person working back there. If this giant doesn't work out for you there is another giant by cherry hill shopping area that just open up recently.”

“My car started stuttering suddenly on my way back from work. Luckily, it was near the Exxon White Oak Service Center. Mark was very understanding and professional. He looked at and found the ignition coil issue right away. He was able to fix the problem in an hour!”
“This gas station is always clean, well-lit, and easy to get in and out of. The pumps work quickly, the prices are usually some of the best in the area, and I’ve never had an issue with card readers. Inside, the store is well-stocked with drinks, snacks, and essentials, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate that the bathrooms are kept clean, which isn’t always the case at gas stations. Overall, a convenient and reliable stop—I definitely recommend it”

“I heard a rattling sound in my car last night, and my family desperately needs use of my car for daily medical treatments and long drives. I was so worried I would have a costly repair and time without a car, needing to rely on rides from friends. I dropped my car off this morning with John, explained our urgent need to use the car this afternoon and asked if he could at least find time this morning to see what the issue was/if it could be fixed quickly. He called me within the hour and said it was a simple fix, and since I was in a time crunch, he went ahead and fixed it immediately. My car is safe to drive, and John took excellent care of me. I cannot express how grateful I am to have one big worry off my shoulders AND the ability to drive to a necessary medical appointment this afternoon.”

When I visited one of other stores in North, they told me to replace the tire because they can't fix the issue so I brought my car here and fixed.”

He’ll take a look and tell you “today” or “come back in six months.” You need extensive work? His people can probably do it in half the time for 10% less. We’ve been to lots of different shops. “I had a really pleasant experience at the Woodside Marathon repair shop. The manager, Robert, was incredibly kind and responsive. He was quick with receiving my car, handing off the keys to the mechanics, and was communicative throughout the entire process so I knew what was going on, when I could expect it to be done, etc. He was super helpful! “Never been to a Highs before was a neat mix of a classic diner and an convince gas station. Chicken was good, wedges were good, my breakfast bowl was loaded up good, ice cream selection reminded me of a classic dinner corner store. Staff was very nice at this location. It was just by chance that we stopped by, but this was a pretty cool detour we took and this was a nice suprise.”
