Large, clean and the staff are extremely helpful. One very kind booking agent came out to show me how the Kiosk machine worked. She was patient and kind, I should have tipped her! 👏🤑 Impressive!

I gave a 4 stars because the men bathroom was down however I was very safe until my bus came

Bus drivers are not punctual. A trip that was meant to be 8:30am to 1.00pm became 9.15am to 3.10pm. I missed an important meeting because of this punctuality issue. I am so not satisfied with Greyhound service.
