The Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor offers a convenient location near shops, restaurants, and other attractions, making it a popular choice for weekend getaways. However, the hotel itself seems to be showing its age, with some guests noting issues like peeling wallpaper, a dirty and old-looking carpet, and a paper towel holder falling off the wall. The rooms also received mixed reviews, with complaints about the mattress lacking bounce and the fitted sheets being too small for the bed, causing them to come off. Some guests also mentioned hearing noise from doors opening outside their room throughout the night. On a positive note, one guest described their room as "exceptional" with a great view. The hotel's breakfast restaurant was highlighted as a standout, with guests praising the good food and the friendly, helpful staff. The front desk staff also received praise, with one guest noting the clerk provided excellent recommendations for local dining. Overall, the Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor seems to offer a convenient location and a decent stay, but some guests feel the property is in need of some updates and maintenance to meet the standards expected of a Hilton-branded hotel.
Pluses are great location, value, great front desk, terrific gym. The hotel is a little worn around the edges, but clean and nice.

Great location and the staff are all friendly and on top of things. At night time it reeks of marijuana throughout the place. Not the greatest neighborhood at night time. The breakfast was very worth it!
