“I love this store, compared to others. You can tell the team cleans and make sure the customers needs are met. The team actually care about their appearance not like bel-air road…. They greet you as soon as you come in and if there is a wait they offer you to sit down, they keep track of the order that you come in so you don’t have to worry about someone getting ahead of you. I’ve seen how they dealt with escalations and I’m impressed….. I recommend that when people get the surveys that they complete them!!! Mondawmin mall has a bad reputation but Tmobile is definitely not apart of that reputation!!!!”
