“I just want to say Quarry Lake has made a big change with the two new staff techs that's here now not only are they executing the big wow in customer service but also making the experience to get blood draw amazing timing was great and the patients and I were in and out so thanks for helping me and the others but I was curious from the last post on here because people lie so much on others when they need to really look in the mirror because the young lady wasn't rude at all and I heard and seen everything so with that's being said she was nice kind and polite He's just mad because she turned him down when he was trying to get her number ?? so bless young lady and young man at her at this office ?”
“I need to get my blood drawn a couple of times a year, and Niya has been the best. I barely felt a prick, and it was over in seconds. She is very friendly, and the overall experience was positive.”

“The Staff are extremely nice, professional, and very well educated. I'm not good with remembering names but the two young ladies that were on staff, I made a mistake and scared one of them when I walked to the back unannounced. It was funny (lol) afterwards and again I truly apologize.”

“Mixed feelings about this place but it was a fairly positive experience overall.
It's a little disconcerting not to have that usual and familiar human being to help check you in, but it's also quick to do the self service.
When I was there the folks that were working the screening area were super duper nice. Patient, engaging and actually funny!
And while the healthcare worker that did my blood draw was pleasant, I found it very strange that they left all the exam room doors open, it was uncomfortable to see and hear other patients, and I was a little uncomfortable with people being able to see me.
Otherwise it was quick and easy...”

“Natalie was awesome. She was super quick getting me back there, talked me through the whole thing all while being very friendly and kind. I have an issue with needles, as in I need to lay down or pass out, and she kept me talking about stuff to keep me from getting to that point. You can tell she’s been doing it a while and honestly, she’s given me the best experience. I was nervous going to this location as the rating is low but I will 100% go back for more lab needs if I get her! Thank you!!!”
