“I was in and out after seeing a doctor and with my prescriptions in hand in less than an hour. I come to this location whenever I need any kind of urgent care and I am never disappointed. I love that they can fill my prescriptions most of the time there so I don’t have to make an extra stop.”

“I just want to say Quarry Lake has made a big change with the two new staff techs that's here now not only are they executing the big wow in customer service but also making the experience to get blood draw amazing timing was great and the patients and I were in and out so thanks for helping me and the others but I was curious from the last post on here because people lie so much on others when they need to really look in the mirror because the young lady wasn't rude at all and I heard and seen everything so with that's being said she was nice kind and polite He's just mad because she turned him down when he was trying to get her number ?? so bless young lady and young man at her at this office ?”

I think LabCorp needs to let the other employee who was working the front desk this morning know that this is the kind of experience they should provide all patients. Unfortunately, this second employee has very short, abrasive, and dismissive to me and another mother/daughter combo that was checking in. It goes a long way to set the tone for those who may be worried about having blood drawn, may need language assistance, or may just be visiting for the first time.

“10/17/2025 - I was the first one there around 7:52a. Before 8a, 2 more people had come. I used the Express check-in Kiosk, which scanned my driver’s license and insurance card. It was easy and took less than 5 minutes. Then the nurse called my name to briefly checked me in again and gave me the bill. I paid it by credit card there. Then I waited inside the lab room for another 10 minutes or so while she checked in other patients. She took my blood without issues. When I walked out, there were at least 10 people waiting. The whole process took about 20 mins. I appreciate the nurse’s professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency, considering she was the only person work there.”
“I went to job today on York Road and went and got a x-ray and the lady was so nice. The machine wasn’t working and you would not believe the lady came and dropped off the CD for the x-ray door-to-door service. I can’t believe it. I forgot her name, but she does the x-ray on York Road. She’s in an x-ray division at job medical systems on York Road. Very nice lady.”
