“Went here because the chiropractor office near me that does Dot exam screw me, they gave me a one year Dot certificate stating the doctor wanted to check on me. Your not my primary care physician, so do I need you to check on me? they also charge $125 when Dr Jung charges $85. Dr Jung staff get you in and out under 15 minutes. They have excellent vibes, friendly make you feel welcomed and making their customers laugh. I found my new Dot examiner. Last thing, they so close to G&M I went here to get me a crab cake. Thank Dr Jung. One more thing I forgot, that when I left Dr Jung office, they informed me that they sent everything to MVA for me when other offices give you instructions on how to do it yourself which is a life saver”
“I can’t believe how good the phlebotomist was. Our 18 month old had a rough time at lab corp last week. They tried twice with a large gauge needle and bruised her arms. She was screaming and crying and blood was going everywhere. When the mobile phlebotomist drew her blood, she made it seam nearly effortless and our daughter barely cried compared to that catastrophic at labcorp. I hope we don’t need to get blood work done on her again when she’s this young, but if we do, we will definitely be using phlebotomy on wheels again!”
“I had a really wonderful experience here. I didn't catch the receptionist's name but she was very sweet and understanding. I struggle with bloodwork due to a strong needle phobia and I felt as comfortable as I could the entire time. Dana was kind and quick and I will definitely hope to see him again for future labwork (hopefully there won't be any though). I arrived at about 9:45 and was driving home by 10:01 which says a lot because I normally take much longer to draw from. Highly recommended if you need any kind of lab testing.”
“I went to job today on York Road and went and got a x-ray and the lady was so nice. The machine wasn’t working and you would not believe the lady came and dropped off the CD for the x-ray door-to-door service. I can’t believe it. I forgot her name, but she does the x-ray on York Road. She’s in an x-ray division at job medical systems on York Road. Very nice lady.”

Even if I move hours away I will make the drive back just to see her. Quest management if you read this, this angel needs a promotion, raise, and paid vacation. “I love having my blood drawn by Dineen; she is competent, makes me comfortable in the midst of some nervousness. Generally, she was stationed in the office and played gospel music, which made a peaceful environment. Nonetheless, I appreciate her spirit”
“There is a nurse here named Daneen who is absolutely phenomenal at her job. Not only is she very kind and polite but this is like one of the first times that I haven’t passed out while getting my blood taken in my entire life, which is always embarrassing for me because I’m like 200 pounds and then I fall on the ground and wake up to nurses feeding me cookies and apple juice. That didn’t happen this time. Daneen took my blood and I didn’t even feel a prick or pain or faint or nauseous or anything. Amazing!”

“Talynn and Faith are AMAZING! I wanted to express my appreciation for them both. They are so professional, positive, patient, and pleasant! Also extremely efficient… I have gone to this same location about a year ago (along with other local labcorp locations) and did not have the same positive experience.
From the check in process to quick and easy blood draws they were both great and again super friendly and professional. Healthcare jobs are often thankless but they deserve to be recognized! The other day I witnessed them both have incredible patience with an elderly woman with an accent who was having difficulty checking in and understanding the process. This woman also expressed her appreciation for them at this visit.
In today’s world it really means a lot to have positive experiences in healthcare and both of Talynn and Faith have provided that for me which I am so grateful for! I wanted to give them a shoutout for their hard work and positivity! I will definitely be going back to this location because of these girls!”
“Steph is a god send! She is the only person who has been able to stick my son once and get his blood. We have been in the emergency department where they had multiple people try with UV lights and ultrasound and still couldn’t get it. Literally thank god for people like her, I was about to just not get my son’s blood drawn because I didn’t think any of us could get through the trauma of it again. Would give a thousand stars if I could! Whatever they pay her it should be double!”

“I edited my review after recently coming back without an appointment. I was served by Ms. Bridget who was highly pleasant and she quickly found my information. The person who drew my blood was also professional and I was in and out in record time. A very different experience from last time I was here.

Every time I come here, my physician lab request is missing. Today I made sure my physician had sent the request before making the 11am appointment. The receptionist said she did not have them and i needed to check back in 15 minutes. I checked back in 30 minutes and her tone appeared annoyed and very unprofessional. If you come block at least 1 hour time frame even with an appointment.
Update: One hour later my doctor decided to fax instead and the receptionist ignored my request for a fax number and the patient she was helping informed me where to get the number instead.
Update; 1 hour 15 minutes later I went to none reception window and the staff immediately found all my physician paperwork, and appeared confused as why the receptionist couldn't find it. She was warm and pleasant and so were the staff who drew my blood immediately.”
“I came in as a walk-in at 11am on a Wednesday for routine lab work. Registration was easy on the kiosk. My phlebotomist, Montrice, greeted me and immediately took me back. She was efficient, and the draw was painless. I’ll definitely come back to this location.”

Definitely make an appointment because you will be seen first before a walk in patient.
The building is very clean and the Labcorp office is super clean…I appreciate that so much!

“I just want to say Quarry Lake has made a big change with the two new staff techs that's here now not only are they executing the big wow in customer service but also making the experience to get blood draw amazing timing was great and the patients and I were in and out so thanks for helping me and the others but I was curious from the last post on here because people lie so much on others when they need to really look in the mirror because the young lady wasn't rude at all and I heard and seen everything so with that's being said she was nice kind and polite He's just mad because she turned him down when he was trying to get her number ?? so bless young lady and young man at her at this office ?”

I think LabCorp needs to let the other employee who was working the front desk this morning know that this is the kind of experience they should provide all patients. Unfortunately, this second employee has very short, abrasive, and dismissive to me and another mother/daughter combo that was checking in. It goes a long way to set the tone for those who may be worried about having blood drawn, may need language assistance, or may just be visiting for the first time.

“I can truly say that this was one of the best experience I ever had at a facility like this. I came in and was struggling with registering and before I could ask for help, the clerk came out and pleasantly directed me through the process. When it was my turn, I was helped by a lady (Yvonne or Vaughn), am not sure what I hear as she was wearing her mask but she was one of the nicest persons you could ever meet. When she strapped my arm and checked for my pulse, I was waiting to feel the needle as I always turn my head away when I have blood drawn because I don't like needles. As I wondered why she was talking so long and turned to see what she was doing, I observed that she had put away the vial of blood and was reaching for the gauze to bind the area. I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL THE NEEDLE!!!! I had to compliment her as I always had problems with phlebotomists finding my veins. TEN STARS FOR (YVONNE/VAUGHN)”
