Metro by T-Mobile at 1251 W Pratt St is considered the best store in Baltimore. The location rocks, with a friendly and helpful staff that does a good job. They are like family members who always have customers' backs, walking them through the best prepaid plans and phones. The store is clean, and the team helps better than other stores, even when really busy. They provide great service and will do whatever they can to fix any situation.

Great service Denise was really helpful. She went out of her way over and beyond to help us got set up with a new phone. Great place good atmosphere highly recommend this location.

Everybody is doing a good job, is clean and they always help you better than the other stores even when they get really busy and they are friendly, when you walk into the store they said Hi,welcome to metro by T-Mobile!!how can we help you today?
