Public Storage in Baltimore offers free reservations with no commitment and an online eRental option to move in directly. The facility provides the same personal attention it has for nearly 50 years. Multiple reviews highlight an excellent experience with a property manager described as sweet, helpful, professional, polite, genuinely kind, and friendly. This manager is noted for being accommodating, quick to help, and able to cheer people up. The new management team is called a breath of fresh air.
