Royal Farms is a great and well-run store. The staff is always nice, friendly, and helpful with a great attitude, always offering a smile. The store is fully stocked, very neat, and customers can always find everything without a hassle. The food is fresh and hot, with particular praise for the chicken and fries. The manager and store leader are very dedicated and people-oriented. While there can be sketchy characters inside and outside, requiring awareness, customers are always well taken care of. Many pass other locations to come here, finding it worth it every time.
Customer service was pleasant. I purchased gas but had to go into the store for the ATM. While inside, I purchased a beverage. The customer service was very pleasant!
