“Dan Brother’s did an outstanding job on a pair of my old “Allen Edmonds” Oxford dress boots. The soles were flapping in the wind when I brought them in, and one of them had the heel completely missing. But Dan Brother’s was able to completely restore these Oxfords, and they even cleaned and polished the rest of the shoe. My boots look better now than when I bought them 7 years ago!!”

“I had a great experience with Holabird. I was looking to replace my worn-out favorite Asics and I have a wide foot. I searched the Web for my size + best price and it led me to Holabird. I had my order in 3 business days, pristine condition, $20 less than anywhere else AND shipped for free. They even included a return bag and paperwork to make it easy if my order had not fit. I definitely will use Holabird again.”

“I was in the store yesterday around 430, not sounds cliché don’t have ever written review before The customer service yesterday was above and beyond that only the woman who is helping myself, but the other lady that was in there at that time was so extremely helpful and I was dropping and what she was telling these two women who are far from a typical runner who I could tell, we’re getting shoes for the reasons , and the lady took her time kind, empathetic impatient it was beyond customer service. It was a human being, being caring and wonderful to another set of human beings and we need more people like that in this world. I often don’t make the trip out there and I’ll go to a local chain running store out of laziness but falls road never lets me down”
“Wow. wow. Wow. Highly recommend. Went to the location on York for shoes for my father who is in his late 80's and uses a wheelchair and walker. Allison helped us. She was extremely knowledgeable both about shoes and working with elderly customers/customers with physical disabilities. She was also very kind. Excellent customer service, excellent advice. We had only brought his wheelchair and when it was time for him to stand in the shoes, she brought out a walker that the store has to make things easier. Fabulous. She was very skilled at ensuring he had shoes that fit him well, spent significant time with us. My father felt good about the shopping experience. Absolutely did not try to upsell us. Shoes are great quality, lots of great styles. I hope to return to shop for myself. Note: Before we came in, I called with some questions, and the staff were very helpful over the phone, they had great ideas and were clearly knowledgeable and willing to share their expertise.”

“I was having a bad day, until i walked in. I must say this is one of the best locations, thus far. When you enter, they greet you and make you feel welcome. Kay is very pleasant and welcoming, with a smile. You can see it in her eyes, even with a mask on. James was also very pleasant and welcoming. Jordan and Drew made sure i got what i needed without a problem. They didn’t have a problem with checking to make sure the item was in stock. This team is awesome!!! “I had a pleasant shopping experience at this store. That was until I realized I had lost my grandmother’s earring in the changing room. I called and spoke with Jessica. She moved everything around and found it. The earring is not worth a lot, but it was a gift from my grandmother before she died. The customer service I got from Jessica was unbelievable. She went above and beyond for this which has such a big sentimental value . This store is lucky to have her. Thank you, Jessie!”

Originally I was looking for styles for my brother, but Miles Thomas a designer, asked me to try on an outfit. It was tie-dye from head to toe, but it worked! Unexpected finds like this are one of a kind... sooo I dropped my dough and walked out a happy customer. If you need to update your closet for the fall, I highly recommend checking them out. “Best spot in Baltimore for sneaker heads; the only place I've found near the Inner Harbour that has Jordans and Air Force Ones. Nice selection of clothing, collectibles, and knick knacks as well. The staff treated me like an old friend the moment I walked in the door, extremely accommodating. You should be aware that it's quite pricey though, so if you plan to shop here bring a fat wallet?. There was an awesome Bape t-shirt I wanted but I quickly put it back after seeing the $225 price tag. Very happy with my purchase, will be going back on my next visit to the city.”
“Had a two night stay next to the store. I saw belts through the window on the wall display. I tend to destroy belts. First used for dress up occasions then go to Construcion use. Belts from Kohl's that my wife buys for me, just don't hold up. These are made in USA, thick leather. The belts cost more than belts from China but will last so much longer. Even though I came to the store looking maybe a little better than homeless, the person working was kind, polite, and helpful. Sorry to Allen Edmonds for eventually using these two new belt in horrible conditions.”

Since my knee replacement surgery 5 weeks ago, my regular shoes and sandals feel tight and uncomfortable.
Searched online for the nearest brick-and-mortar store that sells SAS shoes and found this place. I parked at Northern Parkway for $0.50 for an hour.
I was looking for an SAS triple-width pair of shoes that I can wear anywhere. As luck would have it, they have a single pair left! I tried it on and immediately felt my feet relaxed as I walked around the store.
I also ended up buying a pair of sandals I could wear at home. I spent a little over $400 for both pairs, but I think it’s worth it in helping me in my recovery.
Being in so much pain while sitting and lying down, I should feel better when standing up and walking around. With these SAS footwear, I definitely feel a whole lot better!”
