“Jenn and Richard are easily the worst freaking people to ever deal with. Their true colors showed today. I had and agreement to leave my vehicle overnight as I caught an uber. I spoke with the staff and asked prior to doing so and was informed yes I can pick it up the following day. I pulled up around noon to my car being towed. When I went inside to ask the staff what happened? Jenn and Richard were literally nasty about it stating you can’t do that. Once I told them who said I could they only doubled down on it. As a military guy who goes there mostly on mondays with other service member and retirees, we as a whole spend a lot of money at this establishment but that will stop as of today. Edit: they gave me store credit as an apology.. I really want the apology from Jenn and Richard … everyone else knew the arrangement and they informed both of them. I do appreciate the quick help from everyone else here once they found out why happened.”
