I initially was going to my pre-made appointment at Bella Bridesmaid’s Baltimore shop only to be turned down by the Elite’s Bridal owner (who is also the manager of Bella) after phone calls and emails with no notification that this store doesn’t do wedding gowns measurements (“her staff is not trained to do meticulate measurements”).I walked past Nathalie’s shop and thought to just drop by and explain my situation of being let down by Bella, and immediately she said she will help me. She did above and beyond with precise details. Grateful that one (shop) door closed and the other much kinder one opens. Thank you Nathalie and Anita!”

“I was in this location several times to find an outfit for a new job I was hoping to get. The ladies were extremely helpful and were wishing me luck on my interview. One lady, Alyssa even gave me a cute little encouragement card with adorable stickers inside! I ended up getting the job and coming back to purchase more clothes. “There is only one reason to come here, the body scrub/massage package!! The first time I came here a couple years ago, I was bored and didn't see the point of coming back, I wanted a massage for my birthday and thought I would try another body scrub, as I had one years ago at a different Korean spa. I soaked in the hot tub for a half an hour, as other reviewers recommended, the body scrub was a half hour followed by a deep tissue massage. You have a towel covering your face and man junk, so there is no need to feel uncomfortable about being exposed. I would describe the body scrub as very precise and professional. The massage was great too, and wasn't a rub down, but more deep tissue pressure points, he even added those suction cups that you see athletes use, on tense muscles areas. Afterwards, he washes and rinses you off, I felt like a king! I highly recommend!! Make sure to bring cash for a tip, as you can't add a tip using a credit card.”
“Get familiar with Fashion Spa House's body care products! I bought the clay mask, the cleanser, body scrub and creamy wash and they are all so amazing! High quality products, smells divine and feels like silk on your skin. My fav scent will forever be Churi, but I also enjoyed the Peachy. Go and experience lux while you lather! ?”

“I stopped by here during the week to look for some items. The store was very neat and organized and everyone in the store was very attentive. The customer service was great. The cashier, rayne, was extraordinarily polite. I had a large order and it was close to closing. But she did not make me feel rushed and she was not at all annoyed by the order or matching the current online sale. She was extremely pleasant. I am very happy with this store and would recommend it to anyone. They have a nice selection and everyone who was working in the store when I was there seemed very friendly and attentive.”
“My experience at Spencers, inside the White Marsh Mall is always very nice and pleasant. The store manager and staff are always very warm, and welcoming as soon as I come into the store. They're always asking if you need help with anything while shopping. Recently I had a little concern or issue with my purchase and refund/exchange but the store manager went above and beyond to explain to me my charges when I thought I was being overcharged. She was so patient and understanding when assisting me. She never once got mad or thought that I was irrational and even sympathized with me. I love this Spencers store and will always be their number one customer especially because they have the best graphic tees, dope BOGO sales and the best adult naughty products as well. ?”
“From the amazing quality of everything in this store, which is handmade by the family of the owner and then actually created and designed by the owner himself, this place is not only unique but fabulous in every way.
My wife and I stumbled across this place as we walked down Pratt Street and saw something in the window and then had to find the location of the store. When we walked in on the harbor side, we were impressed from the first steps through the door. The quality of every item stands out and it's hard to find something handcrafted in any store. But then when you find an entire store full of meticulous threads and styles, you can't leave without getting something. This is the type of store that you are looking for. If you care about quality and not something that's going to fall apart or look like what everyone else is wearing. My wife is recovering from cancer and with lymphedema in her arms she needed shawls and not tight fitting wraps. The owner Luis was so understanding of what we needed and helped us through the process of choosing just the perfect items she needed. Please stop by and support incredible small businesses like this and tell Luis we said hi.”

“The VIBE, I was shopping, listening to the music having a great experience until I encountered a disgruntled employee. She went on and on to the other employee that she was tired of doing mark downs posting sales and she didn't want to be there. LADY YOURE KILLING MY VIBE I wanted to say. I asked her if she was a manager and without eye contact she said im one of them. I explained i wanted to exchange she said no problem and proceeded to complain more, geez . I asked who was the store manager and DM. She perked up. I paid for my items she said be safe have a great day. Customers don't want to hear your gripes you kill the vibe. I was at Balto national pike on friday before 12pm”
