“Went into Ben’s to get a nail pulled out of my tire. Mechanic came in said your tire has 8 different leaks. Showed me all the leaks turned out all my tires were so worn they were ready to blow out.things hours before I was leaving for a trip and towing my 5th wheel. Things could have been a disaster! As he could not get a set in until Monday he had a really great set of used one that would last me a good while and be safe. He gave me a great deal on them and had me up and running in 20 minutes.

“Went to look at a MKX at the Havre de Grace location that had just been listed. Wasn’t looking at it too long before Collin fox came out and assisted me. Quickly got the keys and a tag so I could test out the features and do a quick test drive. While I didn’t walk away with a new car that day, as I was test driving various models at different locations, I did appreciate Collin sitting down and going over the details with me including getting the carfax. I found the location easy to get to, friendly and very well kept and didn’t feel any sort of pressure or intimidation that other dealers may exhibit.”

“Had a great experience. Was shopping around, told Justin and the Sales Manager exactly what I was looking for, and my budget, and they found me 2 options. Both were nice but one had the Remote Start, which is one of the features I was looking for, so I bought that one. The financing was done and ready for me to sign by the time I got to pick the vehicle up. Was able to get me a 3 year warranty and gap insurance and still stayed withi n my monthly budget.”

Before coming here, I visited several other repair shops and even spoke with the dealership. Unfortunately, none of them took my timeline seriously, and the estimates I received were significantly higher — often based on assumptions rather than a confirmed diagnosis.
What stood out immediately at Churchville was their professionalism and honesty. Instead of guessing, they actually opened the engine, carefully evaluated the issue, and confirmed that a replacement motor was necessary before recommending the repair. That level of diligence gave me a lot of confidence in their work.
They were also able to source a replacement motor quickly and keep the process moving forward efficiently, which made a huge difference for me since I depend on my car for work every day.

“I just took my vehicle in because I heard a loud sound at my right rear of the car when I put the brakes on. It sounded like a motorcycle was pulling up next to me. I took it in this morning, they diagnosed it quickly and found that the brakes were metal to metal and needed to be replaced . I figured as much and I was expecting that , but I was not expecting to be told that my front right something or another was leaking oil and fluid. It would cost $903 to repair. When I got over the shock and got up from the floor I knew it was something that had to be done, and they had to order the parts. Very quickly after they revived me and gave me that news they told me that it was covered by my extended warranty. If I could dance, I would be doing so right this minute. The brakes were replaced in an adequate amount of time, and Brittany, who took care of me, as well as Mr. Charlie Walls, who is one of the owners , were not only kind and considerate, but they were professional and helpful, and I am thrilled all the way around. Thank you very much Plaza Ford for being there to make my life a little easier.”
“Not a bad place to buy groceries, though I still prefer going to Costco for most of my warehouse shopping. The place is definitely older and could use an update but the items are pretty solid. I do love the various coupons I have access to on the apps and I come here when I'm too lazy to go to white marsh. Checkout is pretty fast, it is always pretty empty when I go (evenings). Parking lot is large and there is typically a ton of space.”
