“I mean wow! I came to them with my 2008 VW Jetta which had a coolant leak. They not only fixed the leak in one day, at a very reasonable cost, but they ran a very thorough diagnostic address other issues I may want to take car of in the future. They send a link with photos of the issues and what should take priority as well as what can wait to be addressed. But the real reason I’ll be back, is the staff. Super friendly and transparent. I left smiling which I don’t think many people do after paying for car maintenance lol. They even gave me this cute gift. What a wonderful family business we can feel happy to support. “New to the area so went to them for state inspections. They explained the whole titling process and options as well as the veip; all went well with the inspections. Returned a few days later with what I feared was an emergency but wasn't, and was somewhat undiagnosable although expensive to repair if parts were available for suspected issue. They advised me the vehicle was safe to drive and didn't charge me for their time because "we couldn't find anything wrong", definitively. Shop looks like it services many types of vehicles, seems organized and knowledgeable, so I'll be going back when necessary.”

“Walked out to my car to see a rainbow running out from under it during the rain: seeing this shop was open 5:30 in the evening, I went in to see when they could possibly look at the problem. They popped my hood right there, suspected a leaking oil filter and took me in for replacement, and plugged two screws in my tires.Bottom line, they could have said a seal needed to be replaced and I would have had to believe them...the fact they presented a quick inexpensive fix shows this shop is honest. ...earned a new customer!Service: General repairs & maintenance”
