“I've taken my 2011 Toyota to Chris Woodie's Bel Air Auto now for over 6 months. The first time was for a noise 3 other businesses could not figure out, but their mechanic found it and fixed it the first time. I went back for routine maintenance. Then last week I had an urgent need for replacing the alternator. I was able to drop off and pick up the next day. Their price for parts and labor was nearly $100 cheaper than Firestone. I’m very pleased with the service I’ve received at Bel Air Auto Service. The staff is helpful and explains the problem and how they'll fix in a way I can understand. Every staff member I've had interactions with has been friendly, the service reliable, the pricing is reasonable, and the new location is easy to get to and looks great. It's not close to home, but for the integrity of the business, it's worth the extra miles to me. I’m going back next month for my 120,000 mi inspection and service. I highly recommend Bel Air Auto Service.”

“I had an excellent experience here my first time. My battery died on Sunday and I learned how complicated it is to put a new battery in a Jetta newer than 2018. I called to see if they were able to handle the installation and had a battery in stock. They had it in stock and sent an estimate over immediately after I sent them my VIN. I had my car towed in and they started working immediately. I was done within 30 minutes. Everyone was so helpful and professional.”

“I have a 16’ F150 5.0 , I’ve had my transmission rebuilt here a little over a year ago 12k miles on it now still running great. Most recently I had a seal replacement on diff and a new battery installed. Always fast service for me , trans less then a week, seal less then a day. Every visit comes with multi point inspection to make sure there are no other issues. As a family owned business they always seem to make sure you’re happy with the quality of work. Would recommend for car/truck repair.”
“Had Rosso drop the engine on my 2007 V8 Vantage recently. Sent the heads out cross country to be rebuilt. Installed replacement clutch at the same time. Serious work I wouldn’t trust just anyone to do. Trucked the car almost 900 miles to have it done. Engine now runs and sounds like new. All work performed to expectations and on budget. Working with Scott was very pleasant. Probably spoke to him more than some of my family members over a few months. Always took the time to explain every step of the process.”

“Had my Honda Accord Sport repaired here after damage to the hood and front bumper. Dropped my car off on the July 2nd and had it back by july 10th. Steve from Caliber kept me updated throughout and made the whole process easy, and Doug and the tech team did excellent work on the actual repair. The car looks brand new, panel gaps and paint match are spot on. They also coordinated directly with my State Farm agent (Stephen Simmons’s office), so I didn’t have to manage that back and forth myself. Would trust them again with any bodywork.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would this place did a amazing job on my exhaust it was rusted out in one place and the pipe broke also I had a broken exhaust hanger he welded a brand new hanger onto my exhaust and put a brand new piece of pipe where the old one rusted out The welds were really really good some of the best welds I've ever seen in my life and he did it for a really good price if you need exhaust work done I would definitely go to this place”
