“People here genuinely care about your car, and are willing to help and explain whenever you need. Several times I’ve come in with no notice or just to ask questions and they always take the time to make sure I understand everything and often help with small things (tightening parts, reading codes, test driving and estimating issues and costs) for free. Several times if they are booked or unable to be of service they’ve recommended nearby shops that might get me what I need faster, they offer useful tips without making me feel stupid. I can tell they genuinely care about their job and the people they help. I feel comfortable knowing when I go here that they want what’s best for me and my car, and knowing I don’t have to worry about scams or false fees is so reassuring compared to a lot of other places right now. I bought an old, kinda crappy car and every time it throws codes or has issues they’re always there to help and explain even if you don’t know the first thing about cars, they’re now the first people I go to for everything.”

The service was excellent, the pricing was very reasonable, and most importantly, they were completely honest and transparent throughout the entire process.

He communicated the issue and solution clearly and completed the repair with impressive speed, efficiency, and precision. “4 stars are because of Steven who works in the front office. He took care of me every step of the way even after things weren’t completed correctly. I would rate this business lower if it weren’t for him. I received my truck back and the inside was a mess. It looked like a white dust bomb went off. I had just detailed the vehicle before my accident and it came back as if I hadn’t cleaned it in the 6 years I have owned it. Upon cleaning the vehicle back up I noticed several spots of the vehicle that had white over spray on them. It was clear because all these parts are black. The body work and paint they completed looked factory, so no issue with the work they do. My main concern is the cleanliness and paint over spray upon returning the vehicle to me. Hopefully the employees take more time to make sure this doesn’t happen to future customers. Thank you Steven for all you did to help!”
