Many places I called wouldn't take my dog without his vet records, which I obviously could not produce ans this was before his first vet appt. I was able to get an appt within a few days and my dog was very well taken care of, they were able to shave him low to get rid of all the matting - he looked like a new boy! Smelled great too. No complaints!
