“07/20/2024- Loving it! I like this Shell gasoline ⛽️ station! Even tho, the receipt list this business address as Landover ( right next to the Fire Dept.), it is also known as Hyattsville, Maryland. This gas was $3.559 cent per gallon/self serve! I have noticed that all gasoline businesses have different prices for gas! Paying with your credit card is one price and paying cash at the window is another price! Interesting how the gas industry deals business. Any hoot, this location is cool and the staff team is great!”
“Just went and got a tire patched up and they put it on my car & it was only $20. Great service and very quick! I went to Pep Boys & they told me the tire was no good and they couldn’t fix the flat. They tried to sell me their tire but I left. Do not go to Pep Boys, they are dishonest.”

“I'm so thankful I came across four corner auto care to fix my car. Brian (Tenzin) promptly responded to my request to fix my car which I hit against cement in a parking garage (after dodging an old lady walking down a dark ramp...everyone was okay). Brian estimated that he could have my car fixed within a few days. The whole job took one week because he found other significant damage in the interior of my car which I didn't know about. Overall he communicated well, asked if I wanted to fix everything and had such a positive attitude. Also they do excellent work for a reasonable price. I almost wanted to keep this gem to myself but the world (or Silver Spring) needs to know where to go for superior auto care whether mechanical or auto body. They also cleaned the interior of my car. I don't want to come back for anything other than oil changes but if I need a job done in the future, I know where to go. I think the pictures speak for themselves to demonstrate high quality service.”

“I go there every now and then to get gas. I'm not from the area so I don't have a good gauge on the areas gas prices.One concern I had was my pump was dripping gas. I reported it to the cashier and he took some pictures and he was going to tell his manager.I haven't been there since so I don't have any updates.They did have new MTN Dew flavors so that was nice”

“If you're looking for a new auto shop, check out Metro Motor on Pennsylvania and 12th St SE...they took good care of my 11yo baby yesterday...their tire supplier even took an extra $40 off my new Kumho tires which I wasn't expecting! (They also have $99 tires by Lancaster and Dilente if you're interested) Also got a great deal on an oil change as a new customer . And the customer service was amazing...the Manager, Dontae, called a Lyft to take me to work and when my car was ready, he sent another Lyft to pick me up!! They do everything, so there's no need for me to go back to the dealer ever again!! They also have coupons on their website, so print them out before you go!”

“On Sunday 10/13 on the way home to DC from a road trip, my car started flashing lights, specifically the AT Oil Temp light which meant I needed to pull off and stop driving. This shop was the closest to where we were, and although it was not open, they let me leave my car on their lot and fill out a form for their mechanic.
While the head mechanic was not in until Tuesday (10/16), he called my partner very quickly, diagnosed the issue, and said he could have it done by that evening. He personally went to the Subaru dealership to get the part, and like he said, the car was done that night. My partner handled the communications, so I am not sure who assisted, but based on the reviews, I am assuming it was Tek. He replaced my transmission valve body ($1,180), valve body gasket ($15), and valve body wiring ($76). All in all, the total labor cost was $360, bringing my total with tax to $1,732.
The repair was done fast, and based on my research, at a very fair price. My car is now running smoothly, and I don't foresee there being any further issues. If I am to ever have an issue with my car again. I will absolutely bring it back to this shop.

My bumper was falling off (because my car is low and I always pull too far forward when I park) and the mechanic at Shell at the corner of Georgia Ave. and Piney Branch Rd. fixed it right up for a fair price. The mechanic also suggested I replace my windshield wipers (which I wanted to do anyway) and they're great! I felt taken care of, and like my vehicle safety and operability was a top priority. They even checked my engine fluids and recommended the right kind of coolant to get. The mechanic even offered to put it in the engine for me if I had some at home. So nice! Definitely go here if you need quick service and honest pricing.”
