“First time at this Costco gas station. And it is a zoo ( car lanes jammed ; worse than the traffic on 495! - I waited in line at 2pm weekday for 25 minutes! The entrance -It is hard to get in and people honk at you even when you are in line ?.... where do I go ?. I guess overall gas prices are reasonable $3.23/ gallon for premium, Regular $2.69/gallon.”

BY FAR the ABSOLUTE best automotive shop in the whole Maryland

Recently I had been having a few problems with my BMW F90 M5, where I had a lug nut that was stuck in the wheel hub and also a leaking front passenger axle boot

I had taken my car to not one, not two, not even three but FIVE different auto shop in Maryland and even Virginia and not one was able to remove the bolt. They tried everything, sockets, breaker bars, impactguns and even drills, multiple shops just kept failing me, and all just kept leaving me in a worse and worse predicament as the lug nut just gets in a worse and worse phase and some even reputable shops btw and all to no prevail. And then with my front passenger axle boot leak all those same shops quoting several hundreds of dollars just for that one thing

THANKFULLY all my troubles were all attended to and SUCCESSFULLY achieved all in one swoop thanks to Mike at this establishment

Within two hours the lug nut on my car that was put in an almost impossible condition by other shops was removed, my tire was installed back, the axle boot was refilled, fixed and I was back on the road and all for a gracious price

Not only was Mr.Mike kind and professional but he was immensely educated, throughly experienced in his work and showed a genuine compassion for his craft in automotive and outcome for all customers

I hope the Shell Gas team of this location realizes how much of an absolute asset Mr. Mike and the crew is to their establishment, certainly valuable individuals to say the least.”

“Took good care of my car for a good price. Also found out they offer tag and title services so that helped me a lot from sitting in the MVA lines for a minimum of 2-3 hours.”

“I had an emergency situation due to flat tire and had to stop by early in the morning. Fortunately, they could easily and quickly fix the issue so I could go to work. When I visited one of other stores in North, they told me to replace the tire because they can't fix the issue so I brought my car here and fixed.”

“Better than Shell's Dash-In car wash which doesn't have tire washing and the front bumper doesn't get reached. Liberty's Ultimate ($18) wash has tire cleaning and had decent coverage but still missed a couple of spots near the undercarriage and some areas that require a little more scrubbing. Overall not too bad for a gas station wash. Pay inside first if you're using a credit card. The drive-up pay station only takes exact cash, no change.”

“I visit this location just about everyday. Gas, snacks, ATM. I'm friends with all of the store staff. Recently, I brought a 2nd car - and waited until 2 days before the temp tags would expire to get it inspected. Memorial Day. The Powder Mill Rd Shell had their shop open! I spoke with the shop manager to ask WHAT would fail me on a state inspection? There was an issue with the 'hood ajar' sensor showing the hood was open and it wasn't. The shop manager took my number so that he could call me back with an answer. He did call me and told me that the issue wouldn't cause a failed inspection. I was at work when I got the call so I then called my girlfriend and had her take the car across the street to get inspected. She told me afterwards that she was treated like the shop manager knew her once she explained that this was the 'hood ajar' car. 2 hours later she texted me the list of what needed to be done to get the car up to state standards. For a car that cost me $2,700, I was surprised to see what the low the total was - and HALF of that total was for 2 new tires. Pro tip: IF the shop manager makes a suggestion, TAKE that suggestion! It will save you time. The car was ready earlier than promised. I couldn't be happier. A true professional that won't rough you up on the price. My brother works at a shop and I did text him a photo of the list and the price. He told me his shop couldn't beat the price - OR the finished time.”

“Why review this link of the chain? If it's not just like every other, corporate management will squawk like heads with their chickens cut off. But there are eight gas stations on the mile of US 1 between Cherry Hill Road and Powder Mill Road, and they always have the lowest price, even beating WaWa across the road. Also, the staff has always been courteous and they carry Arizona Energy, a favorite of mine (non-wheelspinning boost that doesn't taste like a chemical factory) that can be hard to find because stores would rather sell you Monster for twice the price.”

“I recently purchased a used car and took it to Beltsville Exxon for Maryland inspection. While going through paperwork for my previous car that I lost due to being in an accident and it being totaled, I saw that I still had the receipt from its inspection at this Exxon back in 2006. I shared the receipt with the guys here and they were pleasantly surprised that I still had it and returned to them for this inspection. Everyone was very nice and Tabrez, who performed the inspection, answered all of my questions patiently and respectfully. A few minor repairs were needed to pass the inspection and after phoning my mechanic for his guidance I gave the go ahead for the repairs. Tabrez even gave me a discount for returning to the shop after 13 years - very nice! While the inspection and repairs took place, I was able to sit at a picnic table outside and do some work. Tabrez offered me water or coffee while I waited, too. I would absolutely recommend them and will return again for a future inspection or repair if needed.”

Placed my first mobile order for food and drink and when they didn’t have one of the items in stock, they gave me a voucher — or the option of substituting a different item! They brought out all the items I could substitute with on a cart, which was so nice of them!”
