“What a great experience living here. They are pet friendly, kind caring people who keep the bulding looking great and operating smoothly. Leasing staff is super efficient with very little turnover. Door and concierge / valet has a strong core team as well that is very professional and available. Engineering does repairs through an online system and communicatiomd are always efficient to tenants. The building continues to make improvements in equipment, safety and apartment upgrades which is a sign of their commitment to their tenants beyond exceptional maintenance of both common and private areas. The apartments are well sized given the age of the building so you can actually live in your apartments.
The bldg is easily walkable to the Metro and major bus routes. Location straddles Bethesda and Chevy Chase so it's easily walkable and convenient if you have a dog or are just looking to take a walk in a more suburban walk.”

“I lived here for a year and some change. I have no complaints about the place honestly. Most problems here exist in all apartment buildings. Management is very helpful and my problems were solved quickly. It's actually very safe and your packages do not go missing. Forget the complainants, some people are just used to that. However, if you're sensitive to spirits, I advice you look elsewhere. Otherwise, it is a great place to live. The location is everything. I absolutely loved it and I miss it.”

My room is spotless, quiet, and comfortable — I never hear any noise from my neighbors.

The panoramic view from my apartment is absolutely amazing, and the location adds great value, especially being so close to one of the best schools in Maryland.

At first, I was a bit misled due to some miscommunication with emails and appointments, and I even left a review out of frustration a couple of months ago. However, after figuring out the misunderstanding, I realized how helpful and professional the reception staff truly are. They go above and beyond, demonstrating exactly what true hospitality should be.

So far, I’ve loved everything about living here. I’ll continue to share updates in the future, but for now, I highly recommend Middlebrook Apartments to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming place to live.
