“I needed to open up a new & do not access Savings Account, & Lara, my new Relationship Banker gave me the 5 star treatment. Lara, made sure she took the time to introduce & explain the different options that would be beneficial to my long term saving goals & was not busy at all. If Lara, didn't have the answer she asked her co-worker Scott, who was in the next office & did not hesitate to pop in to lend a hand. I really appreciated the teamwork they gave each other. He was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to address all of my concerns. I recommend Citi Bank to hire similar employees to serve better to customers. I had a bad experience with another Citi branch even with online customer care by calling multiple times,I was frustrated but when i visited Frankie, it was really helpful.He took this matter on hand, talked to the backend team, processed the required documentation, and finally resolved my queries.

“Capital One is the best bank, is everything a bank should be. They are professional, kind, local and are easy to use, I have all sorts of accounts with them. Everyone is helpful, specially, the bank teller Kelsey Hage in Bethesda MD branch. I purchased a house, needed to wire transfer $70k to another bank. I walked in expecting bank personnel to help me, however I found, I have to do this online by myself. I never did this before, I was very worried about transferring this large amount. Kelsey felt my anxiety, she stepped in and was extremely helpful, got me through this tedious process.”
