“I want to sincerely thank the branch manager David Burris for taking time to listen to my situation after I told him that I had a flat tire in an unfamiliar freeway at 11 pm. When I called the roadside assistant, the lady wasn’t help me and hung up on me making an already stressful situation even worse. He agreed that the behavior was unacceptable. He advised me to file a complaint and kept my contract open in order for the company to review the situation. He showed genuine care, Professionalism and outstanding customer service.
