“This branch is a 5 minute walk from my home so I use it whenever I need a car for anything. They are always SO friendly and competent here! They move quickly and are always helpful. This seems like a boring job so I don't know how they stay so cheerful. I see others complaining about the small inventory but I don't know what they expect, this is a small neighborhood branch, not an airport. They've always given me a perfectly decent, clean car and upgraded me for free if what I reserved isn't present. I'm very glad they are in the neighborhood!”

“I was pleasantly surprised how easy the process was of renting a car was thru Hertz. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. I’ve had some awful experiences at my local Hertz offices. Being a Hertz Gold member simplified the process! My name was on a board saying my vehicle was ready. I had several vehicles to choose from. The SUV I requested wasn’t there at the time but they quickly brought one around. I will definitely rent from Hertz at DCA again!”
