The primary reason was my first point of contact, Laurie. Laurie is extremely knowledgeable about the moving industry and could answer any and all of my questions. More importantly, I knew that the quote she would give me would be valid with no hidden fees.I was told the movers would arrive on a certain day at a certain time. And, indeed they did! “Facilities are clean and well-lit. Staff are very helpful. On the question of faacilities and service I would give 5 stars. But within a year ESS raised my fees by more than double the original price, so I cannot post 5 stars.”
