“Best storage units in the area. We hace used three times.The manager, Roy Adams, is fast and efficent. Keeps the office and units spotless. The only negative is their policy to mandate the pur hase of their locks for $21 each when I have the same lock with two keys, purchased from thethem prviously, in my hands. Thought that was a little excessive. Still was an extremely positive experience.”

Please do not replace him with an AI robot, as his human touch made all the difference in my personal experience at SelfStorage Plus. That company is a 3rd party moving broker.I also was about to leave a 1 star review because this is the company that comes up when you Google "Red Van Lines reviews." But this is not the company that I interacted with. Red Van Lines has almost 0 Internet presence, unfortunately. However it does come up on a Google search of moving companies, generically.Regarding THAT other trash company, they hung up on me when I refused to give them money before reading the terms of the contract, which they refused to email me before I put down a deposit. I'm glad the trash took itself out.”
