“They need more hand trucks/ dollies . I waited for 35 minutes. Lady from front desk did help find one, but there should be way to reserve a cart, especially on a move-in date. I learned part of the problem was a customer had locked one of the dollies in their unit. If they don't free up the dolly they will be fined $500. Why would anyone think they had a right to lock up a dolly that other customers need? Selfish!”

“Update: absolutely no bad issues for last 2 years. Will change my given rate.I was passionate for too long. This place in completely unprofessional. No personal question to the current guy who was helping me this morning. Def not his fault. This is the nearest location to my place, so I choose it for renting trucks and vans. 8 of 10 times I Got in troubles with their vehicles. I was switching it in New York state because of brakes problems, I was reloading 26ft truck to another because of wheels trouble on the way to Pittsburgh, they we’re giving me truck with no plates for long distance move while having bunch of available vehicles. And I also reloaded it to another one. And this time none of the vans are available. They are (attention!) broken. Both of them. Of course nobody told me about that. They called 3-4 days before every time to confirm the reservation but don’t give a chance to warn about such a troubles. Yes I got 10ft for the replacement. But it doesn’t change anything at the moment. I just got lucky the had replacement. This is not a big deal at once, but you guys do it systematically to me or my company. Because yes, I rent your vehicles to do my business and that is not funny at all to get there in the morning with thoughts about what issue I will get head to head this time. I start to believe you guys have something against my business or personally me. Otherwise you have complete lack of talent.Boris the owner of 7th State Moving”

“I have used Excalibur for several moves, packing service and storage. I have also worked with two other local movers and a pod rental company, those companies were more expensive (although their initial price seemed better) and disrespectful of my furniture/items. Both times I had to call Excalibur to complete what the other companies left. Do not make the same mistake I did and go with another company. After four moves with Excalibur, I hope to never move again; however, if I ever have to, I will only call Excalibur for any moving, packing or storage needs.”

“Have had to rent a truck twice and a cargo van twice in the last 2 months. I reserve online and everything is ready when i come in to pick it up. Employees are quick to check you in and theyre also kind. The after-hours drop off is easy to do. There was one time they didnt have any furniture pads but that was refunded right on the spot, and another time when their power went out because there was a crazy storm that passed thru the area (downed trees and all) but they were calm and very helpful. I would 100% recommend this uhaul location.”
