“When I went to the public storage of this location to get the rest of my belongings out of the storage nobody wasn't there. I was trying to put my code to open the door but unfortunately wasn't working so I had to wait for awhile. Me and the white guy had called customer service to figure it out what is going on. Finally Jason arrived as the storage manager had help me to fix the issue and I'm glad I got everything out of the storage before they bill me of the next payment. I want to say thank you Jason for all your help and you are amazing, very polite, helpful, and very professional.”
