She was attentive, professional, understanding, respectful, and incredibly personable. What stood out most was that she took the time to review my medical history before my appointment, allowing her to gain an understanding of my background without making me repeat everything. That meant more to me than I can express because it made me feel like a person, not just another patient or a number on a chart.
I also appreciated that she took the time to tell me a little about herself. That personal touch immediately made me feel comfortable and built trust. I honestly wasn’t expecting to leave my first appointment feeling so impressed and reassured.
