“I hardly ever write reviews, but I am making an exception due to such great service. I had a bad experience at another jeweler with a terrible repair job on my engagement ring. I had literally just gotten engaged and was going to the same place my fiance bought the ring to have a teeny tiny nick on the bottom of the band repaired. The owner said he could fix it and he completely botched the repair. Then acted like I was an inconvenience when I pointed it out and just tried rushing me out, etc. I was DEVASTATED and blamed myself for even bothering with such a small issue. I immediately took my ring to Little Treasury Jewelers and found Taylor and asked what could be done. Taylor was SOOOOO empathetic and kept apologizing because he felt so bad for my situation. He offered a solution to the problem that would repair the ring as good as new. He really took his time to inspect the ring and even found another issue I couldn’t see with my naked eye. They fixed everything and I got my ring back in a few days. They even made the bottom a little thicker to protect against wear and tear. My ring is good as new now! It’s absolutely gorgeous and I’m so happy I went there. Taylor, thank you for understanding. Thank you for your empathy (and sympathy) in a crappy situation. You truly know what you’re doing and you absolutely deserve a raise! Tell your boss I said so! If you need a trustworthy jeweler, go here and ask for Taylor.”

The last two times I visited, they assisted me right away and did amazing work. A few weeks ago, I needed help untangling my Abuelita's priceless gold earrings that I inherited. Not only did they untangle the earrings very gently but also cleaned them so they looked as good as new! Today, I needed help getting a watch backing back on after I opened it to change the battery. “Not very handicapped friendly for people in wheelchairs. Good stock. Good selection. Cashier was seated very low and I was in my wheelchair lower than the counter. There was a problem with an item. I think she wanted me to go get the replacement. But there was no room for me. She just sat and looked at me. A very nice lady customer stepped in and help. The cashier wouldn't even help me get my bag off the counter. Even upon entry a worker was outside smoking. He wouldn't even acknowledge I might have need help with the non automatic door. Parking is interesting. The close space are usually full as it is part of the stip mall the handicappied parking is a distance from the store. If you can't walk far you might want to let someone drop you off.”
