“The ONLY reason I gave this location 5 stars is because of the nice gentleman named Ian that helped me last evening (7/8/24). I was really frustrated once I came in and realized that it was only 1 person working and that was Ian. Once I was helped by Ian he gave me and my son tip top service!!! That man helped about 5 or 6 people this evening all by himself and never once showed any frustration, aggravation, irritation or was rude to anyone one of us. He was extremely pleasant and very apologetic to all of us every step of the way! Give Ian some help in that store! It’s ridiculous that a mobile store that makes that kind of revenue can’t pay employees enough to come to work. No employee should be left in a store alone, servicing multiple customers in a store that has visual damage of a recent robbery. AT&T management you should be ashamed to leave anyone in a store alone after such an incident. Ian, I wish you nothing but the best on your journey with AT&T or your next career move.
