“My recent experience with Suburban was fantastic. They are totally honest and charged me exactly the fair rate. I would recommend them to anyone.DETAILS: I got my Nissan CVT transmission (the ones that break down all the time) rebuilt at Suburban several years ago ($$$!). When I developed a leak, I wanted Suburban to take care out it even though I now live pretty far from Laurel. It was under new management. I spoke to Elmer Canales, the new manager, and he was a total pro and committed to checking out the problem and hopefully fixing it right away if I brought the car in first thing. The mechanic inspected cleaned up the transmissions, inspected the leak, test drove the car, double checked it (it was an axle seal leak) and fixed it. THEN he took it for another test drive and inspected it again to make sure the leak was fixed. I walked in 9am and was out before noon.PRICE: I was worried about the cost, of course. I had already been on the phone with someone I know who does transmission work, and Elmer charged exactly what I was told it should cost. So these guys are honest.”
“I needed some suspension work done on my 2007 BMW X5 and my brother in-law who owned BMWs for many years recommended Einstein's. They did a great job, at a reasonable price, and were pretty fast. Communication was great as they were prompt with providing recommended service and status updates. I also appreciated that they were honest about services that were worth doing and those that were not worth doing (based on the age of the car). Finding a BMW repair shop that you can trust is very important because these cars become money pits the older they get. Having a shop that will look you in the eye and tell you that something is not worth the money is important for me. The guys that work there are really nice and knowledgeable. If you have an older BMW I would definitely recommend them!”

“I have been taking my vehicles to Omega Auto Werks for ten years. I have always found them to be professional, courteous and honest. Because of this I will take the one hour drive to have everything from routine maintenance to major service performed on my vehicles. Julio and the entire crew know cars. The labor rates are more than fair and they warranty everything that they install. I had a set brand new factory shocks installed which failed due to defect. Omega installed an upgraded set of bilstein shocks at no cost to me. I will continue to use and recommend them to others.”

“The Lube Center on MD-3 is awesome! All the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. This was the best maintenance weekend I've probably ever had--with no appointments necessary. The experience was so great the first time around, I returned two more times that same day with my mom's AND my wife's cars! I loved how communicative my tech Jadin was during the entire process, how pleasant the cashier Taylor was, and how informative the manager Dakota was. The prices were reasonable and absolutely beats the experience at any dealership I've ever dealt with. I loved sitting in the car and watching YouTube while the maintenance was being done. The entire process only took about 20-25 minutes per vehicle. Oh, and I got a free car wash for every vehicle afterwards! The work was done quickly, and priced fairly. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but Sheriff offered great customer service and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. Much appreciated!”
“On a trip from NY to NC, check battery light came on. It was late afternoon on a Saturday. Pulled into first gas station I could find but their repair shop was closed. Asked someone who was there buying gas and he highly recommended Elite "down the street". Caught Chris as he was wrapping up for the day. After listening to our dilemma, he himself immediately started looking at my 18 year old car (no fancy import like the ones in his garage). He sent one of his guys to buy an alternator. He and his mechanics worked together to replace it, cleaned all the connections, road tested the car, handed me the receipt for the alternator (no upcharge) and charged me a more than reasonable price for the labor. He could have charged me triple that day, given that I had no choice, but he treated us like we were his best friends who needed help on a late Saturday afternoon. A big thank you to Chris and his mechanics who got us back on the road that day.”
