In fact, this can be considered my best in-store shopping experience of 2022.This store is super clean and has a wide selection of the latest merch. It has great discounts of up to 50% off the entire store.I was able to purchase everything I needed in the correct size and color. The staff (Destin & Nelly) were super helpful. They displayed great product knowledge and were able to assist me and answer all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. Destin & Nelly were super friendly. “I didn't have an appointment but Cheryl was gracious enough to squeeze me in on the day of my procedure. I didn't mind waiting. I found her to be engaging, knowledgeable, professional, and fast! She was familiar with my insurance and managed all of the billing for me. Essentially, I walked in, had a good conversation while I got measured, and walked out in about a 30-minute span. I also liked that Cheryl was sensitive to her other clients' needs. Remember, she operates primarily on an appointment basis. She asked if I could wait elsewhere while someone with a health condition about which she was sensitive was tended to. I noted and appreciated her relationship with and attention to this client. I would hope to receive the same if ever needed. Cheryl has a broad selection of things...I needed support hose. Unlike many other providers, she has them in stock. She handled the billing. “Babies are so sweet and precious! They are so little and you need so many things: burp cloths, receiving blankets, and tons of little outfits. I especially like buying baby clothes and when there is an expectant mom in the family, I just have a ball. I had the most wonderful service at Carter's Babies and Kids. Amber and Dee helped me pick out outfits, advised me on size, and even put things away for me that they thought I would like. That is awesome customer service! There are covid protocols for standing in line as you check out and all of the salespeople, as well as the customers are wearing masks. They clean the counter between customers. I loved that safety protocol. I love how the store is arranged, so all of the infant clothing is in one section. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Carter's has clothing for more mature kids too. They have great deals and if you open a charge(Yes, I did!) you can earn points to get cash back in rewards. Great customer service, huge selection, and great deals! I know I will be back soon.”

“Today I had to visit the store because I received an item online that had a small hole in it. The cashier, whom I also believe was the manager on duty around 2pm today, January 1st was absolutely so kind and patient during the transaction. She offered to look for the exact item in store and all though it was out of stock she was able to reorder me the item and also helped me order something else too. I was not able to get her name but I truly appreciated the time and helpfulness on her part. The other gentlemen working cash was also smiling and attentive to guests across the way. Overall 10/10 experience for me solely based on the atmosphere of the store especially given that it’s the busiest season for retail workers.”

“Ross has been a staple of the community for several decades, the selection of clothing and household items is expansive, and the price is right. Depending on the day and time you shop, you can encounter long lines and sometimes it can take up to an hour waiting in checkout lines. Schedule your shopping around non busy hours.”

“Our favorite place to shop in the area! They have good selections, decent number of premium brands (Theory, All saints, Vince, Saks off 5th) as well as your standard CK, Adidas and Nike stores. They also have a couple cosmetic stores and I go there to get basic skin care for cheaper. Overall, not the best premium outlet I've been to but would say best option in the area. One downside is their foodcourt selection - wish they had better options than what's currently available. Hoping they improve!”

“Located Upper Level more towards the middle.I love shopping at CK. Mostly for their under garmet. Because their two-piece cotton sets is so hot. TJ MAXXs, Marshalls or Ross may have them but it's not as good. They are a little more pricey. But these days. It's hard to find a comfy bra that does not shift or have a bra that pokes you. Same with panties. I love their undies with the thick elastic band that says Calvin Klein. It's durable and doesn't move around. Though I recommend hand washing them so they last longer. I got 3 sets. They have Mostly monochromatic colors. Rarely you'll see bright colors. Very nice associates to help. Today they had 30% off, then another 20% off. Then because I'm a member another 15%. I wish they would do one big bulk discount, it would draw more customers. Clean fitting rooms. That's a plus! Very clean and organized store. Definitely shopping here more.”

“Here's MY Theory: Nothing's ever NOT on sale. That's it... I said it. But for reals... Theory is always sending me emails being like "Right now: 70 percent off of practically everything in our store!" Well... it's like 70 percent off like 10 percent of things. And that 10 percent of things is originally priced at like 400 dollars. So most all of their clothes there I would say go for in between 100-350 dollars. It's not cheap. THAT SAID! A few years ago I went to buy a light jacket and I stumbled into Theory for the first time. I saw this rack that was marked at 80 percent off, and there was this beautiful black jacket on it that I ended up buying. It was the most I've ever spent on a jacket... up until this most recent visit 0.0 BUT! It is easily my favorite jacket, the quality is TOP notch, and it has held up like an absolute champ for all those years with no real serious signs of wear. I believe in the products. Which is why when I was looking for a nice winter coat, one of my first stops was Theory. Luckily... they were having their Black Friday sale... which means I ended up with this BOMB winter coat that has down in it. It is so incredibly comfortable, warm, and you can tell is constructed expertly. I also ended up with this cute little bomber style jacket and a sweater. The saleswoman there were as helpful and friendly as can be. Because it was their Black Friday sale, and SO much of the store was marked at deeper discounts than it's already pretty deep discounts, I spent an inordinate amount of time in that store trying SO many things on. I felt the need to joke to the saleswoman that I'm probably gonna spend so much time in the store that the shifts are gonna change (it was 10:30 in the morning for some context). There was this one absolutely stunning wool coat that I put on and ALMOST bought, but with how much money I was already spending on the other stuff, I really displayed the most meager amount of will power ever displayed by a human being and put it back on the rack. Even though the saleswoman were super nice and were telling me how good I look in it, and don't worry, I agreed. I just couldn't justify that purchase at that time. So... I'll probably go back tomorrow before the sale ends... I mean... if it happens on two separate days... it doesn't count right? Ugh... that coat was so nice. Like stop. Just stop.”

They were true to size and the fabric quality was top notch. I like my clothes neatly fitted, so I ordered one of the bandage dresses. It hugged my body in all the right places.
